After working with Mr. Tony Walker over the past 72hrs, I drove my new Telluride home today. Tony was a genuine- honest to goodness NO pressure people person. He's there for the customer not his pocket. I went in for a smaller vehicle and drove out with a much nicer KIA. He allowed me to make my own choice and thoroughly guided me. His knowledge of the vehicles was impressive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and had me totally set up in my new vehicle when i drove out of the dealership. Thank you Sterling Kia of Bryan, and thank you Tony Walker ?

Took my 2015 Sorento for some maintenance and to check the AC because it was running warm since I had a recall done. I told them what maintenance I needed and told him I had just changed the oil and was told that the oil change was the main maintenance with tire rotation. After checking all out I was told my AC was half low on Freon. I asked if that meant that I had a leak and was told probably not. I told him I had had the unit worked on about a year or two ago and had checked the Freon after the AC wasn’t cooling as it should after the recall. I was told that had nothing to do with the problem. After looking at the price for diagnosing and total cost of charging the AC, I decided to pay the diagnostic charge and forgo the chance that they were full of it as Freon just doesn’t disappear without a leak. I know a few things about cars as my son is a mechanic. Not the first time I’ve been dissatisfied by this business.

Sterling Kia has made great strides in its maintenance department and is now very good to meet appointments and get the work done in a timely manner. I had a great experience for an oil and filter change while I waited. Would be nice to have a larger waiting room but maintenance is now good and improved as described above.
