My husband and I recently purchased a new car from Sterling Kia in Bryan and it was a surprisingly pleasant experience.Our salesman, Tony Walker, gets an A+ rating from us. We told him what we were looking for, he showed us the perfect car for us, gave us a test drive, and answered all of our questions. At no time did we feel pressured into buying things that we didn't want. We also didn't have to spend the entire day trapped at the dealership like we have at other places.Thank you, Mr. Walker and Sterling Kia! We love our new Sportage.

I would like to save everyone the headache of purchasing a vehicle from here. I just purchased a used SUV a week ago from this dealer and day two (less than 100 miles driven) the check engine light came on and there was a howling noise coming from the rear of the vehicle and the front wheels were making a very loud grinding noise so I took it to my local dealer ( I purchased this from out of town). My local dealer informed me that the noise from the front wheels were bad wheel bearings in both passenger and driver sides and upon inspection they also found there were no sway bar links even on the vehicle (so apparently there was no multipoint inspection like Richard Smith the Service Manger said they did). The check engine light was a o2 sensor that failed ( the dealer also stated this code had just recently been cleared from the vehicle most likely Sterling Kia cleared it so they could sell it) and the noise from the rear was a failing differential. I purchased an extended warranty through their finance department after Josh Ruda encouraged me to get it. Once I found out about all the stuff wrong I thought no big deal that's why I purchased the extended warranty so I called the dealer for them to just tell me that it is a 30 day wait period before I can use it and that is considered pre existing failure. I reached back out to Josh Ruda in finance to see if there is anything he could do to get the warranty to cover these very expensive repairs and he said no that it hadn't even been processed yet. So my next question was are they going to be taking care of the issues since they even stated it was pre existing and obviously there service department didn't inspect it to know that it was in this poor of shape. After several days of going back and forth they stated that I was lying and there was no way that the vehicle was in this shape and that I could go play in the freeway. I even FaceTimed him to show him the failed items, the check engine light and the horrible noises it was making. I also had repair orders from a certified dealer stating all this was wrong ( but I was lying) He still said to go play in the freeway that Richard Smith (Service Director) said we aren't covering any of this. SO PLEASE FOLKS BEWARE IF YOU PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM THEM THEY WILL DEFINITELY SCREW YOU OVER AND SELL YOU WARRANTIES THAT DO NOT WORK. DO NOT BE A VICTIM LIKE MY FAMILY WAS.

I had went to a previous dealer and had a horrible experience. They wanted to charge me 2k for outside financing ridiculous I know. I received a text from the most amazing salesman Tony Walker to come in and check out the inventory. I let him know that I would come in after work that day. Her met me outside with the most contagious smile. We walked around the lot to check out the vehicles within my budget. I found one that I wanted to test drive, he went to grab the keys and began to open my door and started explaining different features. I got inside and loved the Sorento, he went inside to get plates so I could drive it. At that point I knew it was my vehicle, so I began to sync my phone to the Bluetooth when he made it back back he was like "oh you already connected huh?" We laughed and I took off. We chatted about family, work and life, Tony is outstanding at what he does and I'm so grateful to have had the pleasure of working with him. Then I met with Joshua Ruda the finance man, and he was amazing as well. Took Great care of me, I could go on and on about my experience but then this would turn into a novel. The guys at Sterling Kia are Amazing!!! Thank you thank you thank you

I bought an EV 6 here in the spring and had a really good experience. I was really happy working with the salesperson Javi Sanchez. I came in and looked at a few cars and said I needed a few weeks to think it over. He didn’t pressure me to buy at all and patiently answered all of my (many) questions. He even, after the sale was already made and everything finalized, gave me his charger that he said he didn’t need anymore. He gained nothing from giving me the charger. He was was just generous.The car itself has done extremely well, both around College Station and also on a much longer trip up to Ontario for the summer. Every day I am happy that I bought my EV 6, and I am glad that I bought it from Sterling Kia.

Went to Sterling Kia in Bryan / College Station after a horrible experience at Cowboy Kia in Conroe. Let’s just say the service we received was top notch. Scott our salesman was amazing and made my daughter’s first big girl purchase a purchase to remember. They not only gave her $2,000.00 more for her trade in compared to Cowboy Kia but the purchase was $7,000.00 less as well. The financial person was amazing and very helpful and made my daughters first purchase stress free. The whole staff and experience is one to remember. They have my business from here on out. The service advisor Justin is very thorough and polite. Our overall experience here has been a good one. No one likes to take their car in for service but it helps when the customer service is great.
