TruFit Athletic Clubs - Villa Maria is a solid gym that is always busy for a reason. It is a really big facility with many things to use for workouts. Many find it to be one of, if not the best, gym in the area. The staff receives consistent praise for being super welcoming, friendly, helpful, amazing at their job, and very professional. They are always greeting members with a smile and a hello, which creates a great and welcoming experience that makes people want to go to the gym more. The gym stays relatively clean, though during peak hours the locker rooms can get dirty and there can be a wait for machines. It is a smaller location with a lot of people going to it. Some members advise having cleaning staff during peak hours to maintain cleanliness. Compared to other TruFit locations, this one is noted for having the best lighting. While many have an amazing experience, one first-time member was not real impressed, feeling rushed during sign-up and disappointed with a young, inexperienced trainer who did not provide the expected guidance or follow-up. However, that member acknowledged the trainer was a very nice guy. Overall, the staff is known for taking time to show people around and answer any questions.

I have gone to this gym for a few years. Martina O. is definitely the best employee in there. Very caring for others and always pushes her clients so they can be their best selves. This gym would not be the same without her.
