“So, this review has been updated due to the excellent service we received from the owner, after an issue with our sofa and one of their employees.We have shopped at FSI for years and have always loved the quality of their work. There was a part that broke on our sofa after only owning it for 6 months. There was an employee who was assisting us and was not very accommodating. However, the owner found out about the issue, called us directly and handled it.With the owner getting involved, we got our part from Italy within a week and the sofa is working great. We are thrilled with the outcome and will continue to support local businesses like this one.I have since removed the previous review as it was a bit harsh and not reflective of our experience once the owner got involved. He clearly cares and very upset at the entire situation for us and went above and beyond to make things right. To me, that's what matters. 5- stars in handling this situation, we will continue to be customers of Furniture Source.”

“Customer service at the College Station unit is impeccable. I would like to give a whole hearted shout out to the Costco employees who helped me yesterday. I was feeding my kid, the glass bottle slipped from my hand and broke into a million pieces on the floor. There was a customer service rep who was nearby and immediately pulled a cart over the mess. She called for help and they took care of the situation. I apologized profusely and felt really bad for the mess I made. However, she was kind enough to take care of the situation. Thank you again for your kindness.”
“I really like going to that club, I always find what I need, my only observation and complaint is that when I buy a soda cup from the pizzeria they no longer have lids for the cup. I hope they fix that soon.”
“These mechanics are professional and great! My tire got a nail in it and I drove to this place on Sunday to take my chance. They fixed it in a hour and found two nails! Great Sam’s club service and I will come back for tire replacement in the future.”
“I do not have anything bad to say about Sam’s. I love shopping here and the staff at the front door are always so welcoming and sweet. The only thing is that this has been maybe my fourth time buying a box of varieties of chips. No matter what box I get. I’m always getting a half box of chips that are opened and taste old and stale. I’m don’t know if it’s because they are smashing the bags down in the boxes. But it’s really disappointing when it’s constantly happening”
