“I had swore I would never go bk to this store but my husband talked me into giving it another chance. As soon as I walked in an was greeted and welcomed by Wendy I believe is her name. She has super cool short hair that is done a different color each week and she has a country twang that is absolutely adorable. This one employee turned my reservations regarding this store pretty much as soon as I walked in the door there. This employee is what makes this store so Pleasant. If she is not a manager then she should be. I talked to 3 other regular customers in the parking lot and we all agreed that if Wendy did not work there, we would not ever step foot in there again, because until wendy started there, the employees were never friendly or helpful and the store was never clean. Wendy is always working her tail off and always is ensuring that customers are taken care of and she goes above and beyond everytime so does it so effortlessly. If this lady isn’t being rewarded for her work ethic and her customer service skills then you are a crappy manager or owner because if the store looses her then they are also gonna loose quite a few customer:s as well. Every store needs a wendy and J&S without Wendy would be doomed to fail for sure. The others that work there need to take notes on how wendy does things and be trained by her because she is what every business needs.”
