“I have been leasing here for a few years now and the customer service was just ok and basic. But now who ever took over and who ever is staffed there now is doing amazing. They make me feel like family. And already know my voice and are always happy to hear from me. And despite it effecting their numbers, cause I’m sure it does. When I am unable to pay on time or have to make partial payments due to life always happening. They NEVER make me feel bad. They always can relate and provide empathy. And reassure me it is not a problem. I work in customer service and have for over 20 years it’s not an easy job and sometimes over looked. And so I appreciate amazing customer service. It’s everything to me This store needs to be celebrated. And let them know it was me who wanted them celebrated. Thank you thank you thank you. And to be specific it is Randy who’s amazing and there is another female or female voice that has assisted me and she was amazing as well!”

Garret was helping us out, and instead of selling us a bunch of paint, actually said we should instead get a few samples, try them out, then come back to buy in bulk. We did exactly that and are thankful for Garrett's help! This matches other experiences we have had here, as when we got a lawnmower from Lowe's a few years ago the staff was very helpful then too. We would come back here again.”
