“Sadie, a customer service representative, at this particular location was AMAZING. She’s been working for Home Depot for 12+ years and has worked in all departments, consequently, she has great product knowledge in many areas. Today I had some plumbing opportunities and I ran into a gem of a customer service representative to help me find tiny needle nose pliers and a tiny flat head screwdriver to repair a disconnected water hose from the shampoo bowl/basin drain exit. I even bought an extra ring used to fastened the hose on the drain should the old one give out while I try to repair this issue. Just wanted to give a shoutout to Sadie in case any of her supervisors/colleagues see this review…she was super helpful! I’m going back to that location next time I need to fix something and I have questions. Thank you, Sadie.”

“Shout out to Chris and Greg for taking the time to go above and beyond. I intercepted Chris as he was about to leave, and he still patiently helped me locate some tricky tile. He even signed me up for the rewards service and told me all of the tips and tricks. Greg was then able to retrieve the tile from the topmost shelf on the other side of the store. I also appreciate the help loading the cart and car. Top notch service all around!”
