“We had the best experience with Amir, Sam, and the delivery staff from Appliances Club Austin. We walked into the store 15 minutes before closing time on a holiday weekend. I would have expected to be rushed out, but both Amir and Sam stayed well past closing time to answer our questions and discuss possible solutions to our issues. Not only that, but they managed to get us a special order Speed Queen washer within 5 weeks, and other appliance stores indicated it would be 3 months or more. The delivery guys were not only careful in maneuvering past some tight doorways but also punctual and cleaned up behind themselves. Very thorough, and personable, too. We are so pleased with our Midea fridge/freezer and Speed Queen washer and dryer. I’m sure we’ll make the trek up north again for future appliance needs, as their store had some solid brands beautiful options. Thanks again!”

“Reece Bath and Kitchen was a game changer for us. Melissa Moreno was so very helpful and responsive to me. My husband and I had a bathroom remodel and with my lack of experience it was difficult to shop for. I was going between Lowes and Home Depot and Amazon, and I shopped with similar other competitors in the Austin area. It was exhausting. With my smaller bathroom remodel, the other competitors were not very helpful. Melissa changed all of that. She was so helpful. She helped me find what I was looking for at better prices than Lowes and Home Depot. And she was able to provide me with so much more selection than Lowes or Home Depot. I would tell her what I was looking for and she sent me quotes and pictures of the options. She did this time and time again, as I had more and more items that I needed. She was very supportive and detail oriented. And her co-workers including Sarah, were also helpful and responsive as well. I would totally recommend Melissa and Reece Bath and Kitchen as a wonderful option no matter what size your project is. They have access to many options and are not limited to what is on the sales floor. And they can get you a better deal than most other stores.”

“After a good amount of research, I landed at Harway Appliances to complete my first floor remodel. They've been nothing but excellent from the first mtg. With price flexibility, the thoughtful approach to communication, and the very informed design consultants (I highly recommend Karyn B.), they've been top notch through the entire process! I went for a few 'good value' appliances, and then also a couple higher end models. They dominated across the board!”

“Home Depot: My Handyman Habitat If Home Depot ever starts charging rent, I’m in trouble, because I basically live there. It’s the store right around the corner from my house, but honestly, at this point it feels more like the corner of my personality. The staff is always super friendly—the kind of friendly where they don’t even flinch when I walk in with that “I’m not totally sure what I’m doing, but I’m definitely doing it myself” look. They just nod like, “Ah yes, a fellow warrior of the DIY realm.” And the inventory? They almost always have exactly what I need. Whether I’m fixing a door, rewiring something I probably shouldn’t be touching, or starting a project I’ll definitely finish… eventually… Home Depot has my back. I’m basically a jack‑of‑all‑trades, master of none, but with enough confidence to make it work—and they’ve supplied every bolt, bracket, and questionable idea along the way. After years of projects, repairs, and “I can totally fix that” moments, this place has become my unofficial workshop. If they ever offered punch cards for frequent tool wanderers, I’d be Platinum. Five stars. For friendliness, for reliability, and for never once asking, “Are you sure you should be doing that yourself?””

“My experience was like many of the customer reviews, I read on your website. I went to the Round Rock, Texas location, after going to three other locations in RR. Christian greeted me and asked, how he could assist me, I was desperate. He took the time to search the system and reassure me we would find something. We’ll he “saved the day!” Awesome team members in that location.”

They truly take care of your business with a professional and friendly attitude. “Ben Smith, the Branch Manager at Ferguson, is an absolute lifesaver. I’ve been working on a restoration project for a commercial property and spent weeks trying to track down replacement lenses and a vapor-tight light fixture with no luck. I reached out to numerous suppliers with no success. Someone finally referred me to Ben, and within the same day, he was able to locate both the lenses and fixtures I needed. His responsiveness, resourcefulness, and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend working with him!”

“I recently stopped by to purchase blinds, I’ve been doing blind installation for a while. I young lady named Eryn S called someone to help. After about 5 minutes she checked to see if I was being help. No one was helping yet. She then proceeded to called her manager to help. Eryn told me that she was going to wait for her manager to teach her how to cut blinds so she could better help customers. Her manager showed up a few minutes after and proceeded to cut me he blinds. Eryn was very observant to how he cut the blinds and took over after the second blind was wrongly cut by her manager. He did not explain the procedure when cutting the blinds but her determination to learn overcome his distractions. The 5 starts are for her as a human being and as an employee. Good workers do not get recognized enough. Thank you Eryn!!”

“Sara Perez at Expressions Home Gallery in Houston helped me retrofit a tub faucet/shower kit so that i could adjust the flow of the water not just the temperature of the water. It took several calls and lots of research on her part to help me. Then a couple of unexpected glitches happened along the way. There was back order delays, delivery to the wrong address and then later the part being stolen off my porch! But Expressions came thru the whole time. Kashay, the manager was very accommodating, making sure i was a happy customer. Thanks so much for seeing this to fruition.”
