“It was worth the 47 minute drive to this location. Since I’ve had my car (purchased new - me the only owner- 11 years) - I replaced the factory battery 🔋 with an IB battery. The service is always good and I appreciate IB honoring the warranty.
At this location, Stuart took my call and confirmed they had my battery in stock and encouraged me to come to the location before 4 pm and they could take care of the battery replacement. Got there and Jonathon was super transparent and even gave me history lesson on Southeast Austin. When you get honesty and transparency- it’s worth the drive. Jonathon thanks for the Klingemann Car Care recommendation- they replaced the corroded battery connectors. 🤭”

“I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Chris and Trine. When I called the store, Chris was very helpful and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what I needed to know regarding my brakes and rotors, which made me feel much more confident before coming into the store.
When I arrived, Trine assisted me and continued that same level of outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood the information she was sharing with me. That kind of customer care really stands out.
Trine also helped resurface my rotors and did an excellent job. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out to me, and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was handled properly.

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Miguel, Moses, and Roy. I had a headlight go out pretty late at night about a week or two ago. When I came in, I received immediate customer service. They even gave me a discount on the headlights because one of the other ones in stock was missing.
They also provided gloves so I could change the headlight and helped me get my hood open since the latch was stuck. They even offered to help install it, but I declined because they had already done so much for me.
