“This was a few months ago, but I came in to get a battery for my car. Randall helped me out and he was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. Thank you!”
“It was worth the 47 minute drive to this location. Since I’ve had my car (purchased new - me the only owner- 11 years) - I replaced the factory battery 🔋 with an IB battery. The service is always good and I appreciate IB honoring the warranty.
At this location, Stuart took my call and confirmed they had my battery in stock and encouraged me to come to the location before 4 pm and they could take care of the battery replacement. Got there and Jonathon was super transparent and even gave me history lesson on Southeast Austin. When you get honesty and transparency- it’s worth the drive. Jonathon thanks for the Klingemann Car Care recommendation- they replaced the corroded battery connectors. 🤭”

“I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Chris and Trine. When I called the store, Chris was very helpful and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what I needed to know regarding my brakes and rotors, which made me feel much more confident before coming into the store.
When I arrived, Trine assisted me and continued that same level of outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood the information she was sharing with me. That kind of customer care really stands out.
Trine also helped resurface my rotors and did an excellent job. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out to me, and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was handled properly.
Experiences like this make a big difference, especially when dealing with vehicle issues. Chris and Trine both provided excellent customer service, and I’m very grateful for their help. They are both great assets to your team!”
“Excellent service; watch battery replaced and motorcycle battery load-tested all just fine! Problem with watch chronometer hands not resetting to 12 o'clock was easily fixed with a quick google search. Service is highly recommended!”
“John was extremely kind and helpful! What An amazing and knowledgeable employee! He really makes the overwhelming experience of buying car parts, easy and comfortable.”
“Just got serviced here by Carlos and this was such a quick and friendly exchange! Carlos was so kind and helped me find the best battery for my car, and at a great price as well. I appreciate you guys!”
“I came in right at opening to get jumper cables and let staff know that I would be back shortly with a car than needed a new battery. Staff was friendly and quick! Brian changed my battery so fast that I was even able to make it to work in time. All told, I was in the store for less than a half hour. Very grateful to have a store within walking distance!”

“I went there because the oriellys near me had 8 people in line with 2 overworked counter men. This oriellys is kinda off the beaten path and I was in and out in no time.”
