“I believe his name was Victor who helped us two days ago when I stopped by to have my battery tested to ensure it was bad or not. I expressed concern that the car might not start if I turn it off to test it but he assured me he would get it to crank if that happened. It didn't crank and it took 3 different methods of jumping my car to get it to crank, but Victor helped immensely. He was very kind and in-between helping me and other customers, in-all spent about 30 minutes with me trying to get the car to crank. He was very informative too and friendly and it would be amazing if there were more helpful and above all -kind- people like him in the world. Thanks so much!!!”

The gentleman at the front (I neglected to get his name) went above and beyond to help me by looking up the part number and used all the tools in his arsenal to help me get my <$40 credit back.
