“I believe his name was Victor who helped us two days ago when I stopped by to have my battery tested to ensure it was bad or not. I expressed concern that the car might not start if I turn it off to test it but he assured me he would get it to crank if that happened. It didn't crank and it took 3 different methods of jumping my car to get it to crank, but Victor helped immensely. He was very kind and in-between helping me and other customers, in-all spent about 30 minutes with me trying to get the car to crank. He was very informative too and friendly and it would be amazing if there were more helpful and above all -kind- people like him in the world. Thanks so much!!!”

I was in panic mode. He did not have to help me but he did, and did not ask for anything in return. And when I offered he did not care to take anything, he just wanted to get me on my way. Wow. One of his staff, Johnny, towed me to Performance Auto in Lockhart. Johnny, enjoy the lobster dinners headed your way from me, you are the man! I'm thankful to Griffin Motors.”
