Very reliable and true dimensional lumber. Small town friendly employees that actually know the products. Very highly recommended.”

“I don't understand any review that complains about customer service here. ALL of the staff was super friendly, fast and attentive. I needed a rare bolt for my paddle board fin and they gave me multiple options. I almost didn't come here because I was worried about being treated badly as a woman, but nothing was further from the truth. Thanks so much!”

“I was a little intimidated at first, being a total newbie with hardwoods but one of the reps took me under his wing and showed me around the warehouse and explained how everything worked. So I fumbled my way around and picked my wood, got processed and loaded into my car. They were kind enough to cut the longer pieces to fit in the back of my sedan. It was a learning experience for me but I left the place with a massive smile on my face and some pretty cool wood for my project.”

“I've delivered here four maybe five times now. I've arrived between 11am-3pm. Each time have been in and out. Will be arriving there tonight, to be ready to unload tomorrow. We'll see what it's like first thing in the morning. I'm expecting some chaos already as it is with similar places. Will write an updated review tomorrow.Stay safe.”

2914 Montopolis Dr Ste 250, Austin TX 78741
“What a great experience! I stopped in today to pick up some stainless steel nuts. I described the application that I was using them for (holding on an exhaust manifold) and the extremely knowledgable, good-humored, and lovely young woman recommended stainless / nylon lock nuts, while dismissing lock washers as junk. She educated me about galvanized vs. zink plating, how the nylon locking do-hickey worked, and I walked out the door with exactly what I needed in under 5 minutes. In an era where big box stores with commoditized customer service, it's refreshing and reaffirming that the craft and care of "the hardware store" is alive and well at Fastenal. The selection is excellent, and the prices are reasonable. I look forward to the next time I need hardware.”

“Had a great experience at Action Gypsum Supply in Austin. Nash was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and took the time to help me with everything I needed. The whole team was welcoming, professional, and made the visit smooth from start to finish. You can tell they really care about taking care of their customers and keeping contractors supplied with the right materials and tools. Solid atmosphere, helpful staff, and great service overall. Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the drywall or construction industry. ?️”
