He was able to upgrade his phone at no charge which was great! He still had a really outdated iPhone. “Finally, some excellent customer service! My husband and I had visited a different location (not a corporate store) the day prior and had a horrible experience. We decided to try this location the next day because it was a corporate store. I was switching over from AT&T and my husband was moving from his family account over to the new one I was starting. This did take a long time, as to be expected, but we had the most pleasant experience due to Cullen. He was very personable, professional, and helpful. It was easy to talk with him during the waiting periods for things to sync up, etc. He seemed to genuinely care about our experience and we really appreciated the contrast to the day prior. All of the employees in the store seemed nice and willing to help with questions, etc. So special props to Cullen for making sure our needs were met and this location overall is highly recommended by me!”
