“PLEASE read my review!I was so impressed with Stagecoach Pharmacy in Kyle that I was compelled to write this, my first ever, online review.My ophthalmologist prescribed 4 separate eye drops for my upcoming cataract surgeries.Three of the four medications were brand name medications, and were not available in generic.Only one of the three brand name medications was going to be covered by my prescription drug plan.Before contacting Stagecoach Pharmacy, I priced all four medications through my prescription drug plan, and also through a local retail pharmacy, and both pharmacies quoted me over $800.I was told by my doctor’s office that the people over at Stagecoach Pharmacy in Kyle would research my insurance coverage, as well as additional consumer coupons, in order to get me the best price available for my prescriptions.The cost that Stagecoach Pharmacy quoted me for all four prescription eye drops was less than $300.00, a savings of $500!My experience with the guys at Stagecoach - Ryan, Tony and Leo - was so pleasant.Rarely have I encountered such courteous and kind customer service.They went more than the extra mile for me!Martha McKnight”

“Sooo, I left a one star review 6 months ago due to the behavior of the pharmacist and pharmacy tech. They were unprofessional and rude.

I admit, I haven’t left yet, again due to convenience. A couple of weeks ago I was getting text messages from CVS advising my scripts were ready. I was out of town and unable to get them. I reordered them through the automated phone service on Monday, 7/29, and first advised my script numbers were not found but would be ready on Thursday. I received no notification they were ready. Today, Sunday, 8/4, since I hadn’t heard anything, figured I’d go in, and I was prepared for a battle. When I was up, the pharmacist, someone I had not seen before, male tall glasses and really short hair, asked how he could help me. I explained my dilemma and he immediately stated he’d get them back for me and would be about 10 min. While I was waiting, he asked if I needed a flu shot. I respectfully declined. When I got a text my scripts were ready, the pharmacy tech, a young H/F, was nice as could be. I asked her for the pharmacist’s name. She stated either Jamal/ Jamil. I’m so sorry I don’t remember. Either way, I told them both this was a great experience, considering the last few I’ve had. Hopefully, CVS Pharmacy in Buda is getting better. Thank you to the Pharmacy staff who was working on 8/4/24 at approximately 12:10p. You made my day! I also heard the Pharmacist on the phone trying to rectify a situation for a customer with likely his insurance. Thank you for being awesome!”

“Staff at HEB Pharmacy are so helpful, friendly and try to be as fast as they can. The drive up window is very good but the lanes are too short so it blocks traffic through the parking lot and some times on Loop 4.”

They answered my call and I was receiving treatment in a couple hours. Truly saved me. The facility is up to date, the staff is very friendly and accomodating, and Dr Campbell is a skilled dentist. He provided me with clear options on how to move forward with implant and bridge cost options. I’ll be coming here from now on. Its also very convenient for busy professionals who can’t miss work.
