Later a manager called to discuss it with me too, even though it was not necessary. Both people I spoke with were friendly and helpful, even though I'm sure they've spoken to soooo many of us looking for this same prescription.”
“I always prefer getting gas at Sam’s Club because it’s very convenient and easy to access. The process is usually smooth, and the lines move quickly even when it’s busy.
The fuel quality feels very similar to Costco, and compared to many other gas stations, both the price and the quality are noticeably better. That’s the main reason I keep coming back — it’s consistently reliable and a great value.
Another thing I really appreciate is that there’s always an attendant available if you need help, which is very valuable and reassuring.
Overall, this is my go-to place for gas every time.”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the H-E-B on West Slaughter, and I especially want to recognize Jamie and Will for their outstanding customer service!
They were incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating, and efficient while helping me return a large collection of bottles my son has been saving all year long. They handled everything quickly and made the entire process so easy.
What may have seemed like a simple bottle return was actually a pretty big deal to us. My son has been patiently saving them for an entire year and was SO excited to finally turn them in. Jamie and Will could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process.
Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and these two absolutely deserve the recognition. Thank you, Jamie and Will, for going above and beyond and making our experience such a positive one. We truly appreciate you both! H-E-B is lucky to have employees like you! ❤

“This HEB is a bit smaller than others. This building has probably been around for a number of years. That means that the aisels are narrower and the selection of items do not match what is typically found at other HEBs.
Often on Saturdays they have many free samples and on special weekends they have live music! ?”

“This is my neighborhood HEB and it’s great! The customer service is excellent and even when the lines at the register look long they tend to get you through pretty fast. The garden center is also pretty robust and I always check their clearance plants for good deals. Definitely worth going during the less busy hours because it can get a little hectic, especially around the holidays. If you’re going on the weekend you should get there before 10am. The only downside is that the parking lot isn’t the best layout, so even if you’re leaving you can get stuck behind someone waiting for a closer spot and you can’t get around them.”

“DO NOT use the digital coupons.
They don’t all work and you’ll have to go back through store to get them all or file a claim - call them - and make sure you have every single one you used — and no one will tell you to save the coupons so if you didn’t do it you lose out.
The phone call person was dismissive, short and rude and replied to a question I had with “Yep.”
When I sent her an attachment she had me on the line and was silent and didn’t say anything until I asked if she had received.
So basically - just waste the paper and take the yellow paper coupons to avoid getting made to feel like an idiot. I was asked how I add them to my app? Very weird experience.”

“This store sets the standard. Aisles are spotless, prices beat every competitor in the area, and the staff actually wants to help — a rarity these days.
Manager Carlos runs a tight ship. Stockers are quick to drop what they're doing and walk you straight to an item instead of just pointing.
The real standout is Gabe, the cooking connections specialist. Gabe's demeanor is thoroughly professional, his product displays are genuinely appealing, and his salesmanship is sharp enough that I routinely walk out with items I hadn't planned on buying — and don't regret it.

“I am grateful for how well a curbside pick up at H-E-B Mueller went recently. I was to pick up a birthday cake between nine and 9:30am, in order to make it to another location before 10. Fortunately, I got a text that my cake and other items were ready even before nine. At that point, I was concerned that my cake might be sitting out on a rack somewhere before I arrived. So I waited to respond until I had driven into a spot at the store. The first question I asked when the delivery person came out was if the cake had been refrigerated, and he assured me that the cake had been refrigerated until I called to say that I was at the store. I appreciate the care given to my cake! Your system for attending to customer needs is on point. This was my first time using Curbside service at Mueller, and certainly I will do so again.”
