“Now my family is taking vitamins to maintain normal immunity, "Orthomune", while we are happy. The choice is small, but a very attentive and helpful male pharmacist. I am grateful to him. Unfortunately, the girls were not so attentive when I arrived the next time.(”

“This was my first time to visit 38th Street Pharmacy. I filled out all required info on line and set an appointment day and time prior to my visit . The team working the desk and administering shots were very professional and friendly. A really great experience! Thanks”

“Lake Hills Pharmacy provides excellent and friendly customer service and prompt filling of medications. I’ve been so pleased with their staff since I started using them. Everyone is polite and they even called me with a pre-recorded birthday message. This pharmacy has my medication in stock when other pharmacies have no timeline to be able to receive or dispense the prescription. Lake Hills’ mailing service is great and economical if you aren’t super close (I’m on the other side of the city). Greatly appreciate my prescriber recommending this pharmacy. Thanks to the staff for always being so friendly and polite.”

“UPDATE: A glasses exchange will happen after all. See the store's response to my initial post below. I am awarding more stars-GS ORIGINAL POST: This customer erred by not keeping (maybe not even requesting) his receipt for half-price sunglasses ($25 cost) sold next to the pharmacy counter. A temple on the new glasses started going askew about 2 weeks later so I ventured back to Martin's, at my wife's suggestion, to seek a swap-out--the askewed glasses for an identical replacement pair. No go without the receipt, cashier said. When I pointed out that I obviously also had the glasses pouch from the purchase--perhaps a sign I'd bought the glasses there--the cashier didn't engage; he went silent, staring into his big screen. So, keep every receipt, you 21st-century pals, or else you'll walk away thinking CVS ain't so bad after all. Photo of skewed glasses below.”

“Capsules service and app are fantastic - I’ve always had a good experience with chat support and their app. Way better than Walgreens, CVS, etc. My issues with them are more that it’s just not convenient to have to be at home or outside of meetings for a 3 hour window - I found that undoable but some folks can if they work from home. Additionally, when I moved my meds to capsule (I have 3 prescriptions) - they all switched from a 90 day supply to a 30 day supply which was super frustrating. I’m unclear why that was the case, but I couldn’t receive 3 deliveries a month on different days (because I can’t bundle due to insurance). I also felt compelled to tip (feels rude not to even though not mandatory) so that cost me 15$ / month vs nothing at other pharmacies. I think capsule is great if you either have more schedule flex than me or can get meds less frequently.”

“Love peoples pharmacy because they are always so helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see how the cbd calms my son’s little hyper active pup. I’ve been very pleased with everything I’ve got from People’s. Thanks again!”

“This is the best pharmacy I've been to. The pharmacist is kind and knowledgeable, and she has great memories. Everyone works here is so awesome, one time they even caught a big mistake the doctor/nurse made, and had him resending the prescription, which prevented a potential ER trip.Everyone is so nice and friendly, I would always drive the extra mile to visit them than to switch to a nearby pharmacy. Now I'm in a different state, haven't seen any pharmacy nearly as great as this one.”

“After years of being frustrated by Walgreens and CVS' big business models, I was so pleased to find Auro Pharmacy. This is a small, family-run business, and you can tell by their customer service. You're never on hold, they fill your prescriptions within a couple hours, and they're always available to help. It's a totally different-- and superior-- pharmacy experience. I am so grateful for them!!!”

“I stopped into People's Rx over the weekend because my nutritionist didn't have the supplement I needed in stock and she suggested I try this place. What a cute little spot. It's small but they have some great products. I was stoked to find GFY's gluten free everything bagels in their freezer so I definitely grabbed those. They ended up having one of the three supplements I was looking for which was a win for me. It was fun to look around and everyone was really nice and friendly. Definitely recommend!”

“We arrived a little early for our appointments but the staff were able to accommodate this. My mom is 96 years old and being able to just easily walk in and receive our vaccinations made things much more convenient. There was a place for her to sit while we waited. The shots were just about as pain free as possible. Staff were all friendly and warm. Great experience all the way around!”

Yep, you heard that right. Need a break from shopping? Grab a drink, relax, and soak in the view. It's grocery shopping on a whole new level.HEB Lake Austin has nailed the balance between variety, convenience, and a touch of luxury. Kudos to the team for creating a shopping experience that goes beyond the basics. Cheers to grocery runs that feel like a mini-vacation!”

“Pharmacy is fine, a bit pricey in my opinion, friendly staff and a good variety of alternative medicine/ homeopathic choices, and a regular prescription filling pharmacy too. Really good deli and great chili!”

“Very quick and very, very nice staff! I left HEB for this pharmacy and I have no regrets. After my doc visit I go straight there and I have never had to wait long! Definitely recommend as prescriptions can be a nightmare to deal with”

“I come to this HEB location often, and had to come in the midst of chaos during Thanksgiving Week for a few last minute items. I frantically was searching for Cardamom in the bulk section. Then was approached my an employee named Christian asking me if I needed assistance. The Cardamom was all empty and he informed me he’d go check to see if there was more in stock, and he brought up more of the item. I did not expect there to be such great customer service during such a frantic Holiday week, and wanted to take the time to say I appreciate him taking the time to be so friendly and helpful! Thank you!”

“I’ve been picking up curbside from this heb for a long time and the ONE time i shop in store I accidentally scan my card for the persons groceries in front of me mistakenly. I was super embarrassed and apologetic about it. Lazarus was able to manually rescan and refund it and was super nice! No thanks to Brenda who made snide remarks and faces the entire time.”

“Place to grocery shop and find other supplies that are needed. Plenty of parking in the shopping village. Friendly staff if you have a question on where things are located. Convenience of self check payment aisle or cashiers with 15 or less or more for grocery shopping. Actually reviewed this location when I first came across it may be 15 years ago, but Google once again appears to have lost my review.”

“The difference in service between Rite Away and Walgreens (right across the street) or CVS (2 blocks or so down the road) is night and day. I was hesitant about switching to such a small pharmacy without the convenience of a drive thru for pickups/drop offs, and rather limited business hours, but after literally my first in person interaction with the staff I was sold. They are the first pharmacy employees that have actually felt like they were providing me healthcare. They put the staff and customer service of Walgreens in particular to shame. I had to deal with finding a pharmacy that stocked a medication that was having severe supply chain issues--after sitting on hold for nearly 45 minutes to speak to my local Walgreens they basically told to kick rocks (call around to every store in town), refused to look up stock at their sister stores and were generally just worthless and unpleasant. I called Rite Away to check to see if they stocked the medication--an actual human being who works at the location picked up on the second ring. Imagine that. I was so shocked I almost forgot what I called to ask. They did stock my medication, they were also able to explain to me what was going on with the supply issues so I gained some insight into the problem, which was really nice. They explained to me that they don't carry all the 'bells and whistles' products like Walgreens/CVS etc. because it costs more to do that and they want to keep prices low to better serve their customers. They do offer free delivery for prescriptions, which is great and unexpected for such a small family operation. Basically, if you don't NEED to buy Christmas lights, as seen on TV products, or junk food at the same time as you buy your prescription medications, you owe it to yourself to switch to Rite Away and be treated like a human being by your pharmacist for a change.”

“My absolute favorite grocery store in the US (aside from Seed to Table in Naples). This place has a great selection, good deals, and some really hidden gems as far as products you would not find anywhere else. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the shelves are organized and stocked well, and the layout makes things easy to find. It is also very clean. Anytime I am in Texas, I'm always sure to stop at at least one of these locations. This one is by far my favorite.”

“Like most HEB's it has everything you need and close by and convenient, but at this 7th Street location I think it could be bigger, but still a great place to shop!!”

“The employees at this H‑E‑B are amazing. They go above and beyond. Thank you to Carolyn in floral for helping me out today. People like her are the reason I go to this H-E-B even though they are experiencing some growing pains with the renovations going on right now.”

“This is my favorite pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I just wish I would have found them 8 1/2 years ago. They always give great service and always fill my prescriptions without me having to call and ask them to fill it, like I always had to with CVS pharmacy at H-E-B pharmacy. I will never go back to them. I’m always going to stay with Vina pharmacy. Best service ever!”

“I google mapped "pharmacy" in our local area because I was tired of half of my family's meds being on backorder all the time at the local big box pharmacies in the neighborhood. I was shocked to find this one 3 minutes away from me. I stopped by to see what they were like and if they'd be able to help us out or if they'd run in to the same stock issue. The pharmacy is very welcoming to walk into and they greeted us warmly and were laid back but very knowledgeable. The pharmacist was everything I hoped he'd be. Friendly, efficient, fast and smart. His assistant/clerk was equally friendly and knowledgeable. They had filled my new prescription in a couple of minutes and were so fast, I didn't even realize he was working on it. He was on the phone and the next minute, he was passing the bag to her to ring up.I highly recommend them and am SO thankful to have found another family friendly neighborhood pharmacy!! I missed the one we used to use years ago before traffic got too horrible. Big box pharmacies are so busy andbacked up, short staffed and corporate policies have created stock issues. Just wish I'd have noticed they were right there by my Dr. office a long time ago. He said he'd been there for 7 years in that location.”

“I can't stop coming here. They've been open for sixty one years, as long as Petticoat Fair. Northwest Hills Pharmacy (them called Highland Park Pharmacy) opened in 1962. Petticoat Fair opened in 1964. Both are Austin's originals. Northwest Hills Pharmacy opened its original location at Davenport Village when no other store was around, way before St. Thomas. Then they moved to Far West in Northwest Hills. They've been at their current location on the second floor at Davenport Village for the last eight years. They have a great assortment of gifts and home goods. They sell quality dinnerware at reasonable prices. I love their clearance section at 75% off! So far, I've purchased three stoneware plates at $4 each. I can tell they're good quality because they're heavier than my old Sango and Crate and Barrel wedding plates, and they contain no lead. Their plates are artisan pottery that can be used in ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves. I also purchased two Michele hand sanitizers at $2.50 each and a ceramic tea strainer for $1.25! They also wrap original priced gifts for free.”

“It's new new and pretty, and pretty chaotic, and too many people trying to shop at the same time. The parking lot is too laid out wrong cuz everybody wants premium parking so you have to walk a half a block just to get to the store even if you're handicapped which I am. The pervasive attitude in the store of halves and have nots. It just stinks. People are not kind here. They think they live somewhere else and that they are somebody else. Sorry. Imagine that...”

“Love the store but why is that there is never windshield washing stuff available at the gas pumps. And if it is, it is stinky. Paper towels often are out. Not that difficult to put in fresh windshield washer liquid and refill paper towels daily.”
