“I had an issue with my prescription and was initially annoyed with Capsule. After speaking to a customer service rep, I understood the issue and that it was outside of their control. Later a manager called to discuss it with me too, even though it was not necessary. Both people I spoke with were friendly and helpful, even though I'm sure they've spoken to soooo many of us looking for this same prescription.”

“If you're looking for a big grocery store in Austin that has all the inventory and selection you could want, that also has a True Texas BBQ in it, with pretty produce and plenty of cheese, you have found it at H-E-B. The prices are what you would expect, the selection is solid, and the staff is kind and helpful. Southern hospitality, am I right?”

“I had such a wonderful experience at the H-E-B on West Slaughter, and I especially want to recognize Jamie and Will for their outstanding customer service! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, accommodating, and efficient while helping me return a large collection of bottles my son has been saving all year long. They handled everything quickly and made the entire process so easy. What may have seemed like a simple bottle return was actually a pretty big deal to us. My son has been patiently saving them for an entire year and was SO excited to finally turn them in. Jamie and Will could not have been nicer or more helpful throughout the process. Great customer service deserves to be recognized, and these two absolutely deserve the recognition. Thank you, Jamie and Will, for going above and beyond and making our experience such a positive one. We truly appreciate you both! H-E-B is lucky to have employees like you! ❤ Thanks again guys , Kelly”

“I always prefer getting gas at Sam’s Club because it’s very convenient and easy to access. The process is usually smooth, and the lines move quickly even when it’s busy. The fuel quality feels very similar to Costco, and compared to many other gas stations, both the price and the quality are noticeably better. That’s the main reason I keep coming back — it’s consistently reliable and a great value. Another thing I really appreciate is that there’s always an attendant available if you need help, which is very valuable and reassuring. Overall, this is my go-to place for gas every time.”

“I am grateful for how well a curbside pick up at H-E-B Mueller went recently. I was to pick up a birthday cake between nine and 9:30am, in order to make it to another location before 10. Fortunately, I got a text that my cake and other items were ready even before nine. At that point, I was concerned that my cake might be sitting out on a rack somewhere before I arrived. So I waited to respond until I had driven into a spot at the store. The first question I asked when the delivery person came out was if the cake had been refrigerated, and he assured me that the cake had been refrigerated until I called to say that I was at the store. I appreciate the care given to my cake! Your system for attending to customer needs is on point. This was my first time using Curbside service at Mueller, and certainly I will do so again.”

“East Austin Medicine Shop is a refreshing alternative to the big chain pharmacies and it shows in every aspect of the experience. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to actually talk with you about your needs rather than just handing over a bag and rushing you out. The shop has a thoughtful selection of products that goes beyond the usual pharmacy basics and everything is well organized and easy to find. I always feel genuinely looked after here which is something that is hard to find nowadays. It is the kind of local business that makes a real difference in the community and I am happy to support it every chance I get.”

“This store sets the standard. Aisles are spotless, prices beat every competitor in the area, and the staff actually wants to help — a rarity these days. Manager Carlos runs a tight ship. Stockers are quick to drop what they're doing and walk you straight to an item instead of just pointing. The real standout is Gabe, the cooking connections specialist. Gabe's demeanor is thoroughly professional, his product displays are genuinely appealing, and his salesmanship is sharp enough that I routinely walk out with items I hadn't planned on buying — and don't regret it. Five stars, no reservations. — Wesley Gregory”

“This HEB is a bit smaller than others. This building has probably been around for a number of years. That means that the aisels are narrower and the selection of items do not match what is typically found at other HEBs. Often on Saturdays they have many free samples and on special weekends they have live music! ?”

“DO NOT use the digital coupons. They don’t all work and you’ll have to go back through store to get them all or file a claim - call them - and make sure you have every single one you used — and no one will tell you to save the coupons so if you didn’t do it you lose out. The phone call person was dismissive, short and rude and replied to a question I had with “Yep.” When I sent her an attachment she had me on the line and was silent and didn’t say anything until I asked if she had received. So basically - just waste the paper and take the yellow paper coupons to avoid getting made to feel like an idiot. I was asked how I add them to my app? Very weird experience.”

“I just love the Floral and Bakery Departments at this store as well as the Pharmacy and all the other departments. Just this week the amazing florists Susan and Marissa helped make my parents 65th Wedding Anniversary with an amazing corsage of 5 white roses for my mom, a large white rose butenneire for my dad, a ballon bouquet for their dinner celebration, and an incredible bridal bouquet of 12 white roses wrapped in gold ribbon for my mom to hold. Their grandchildren got to pin on the corsages and that was such a special occasion for my them and my parents. The Bakery Department created a white 8 in round wedding cake that was absolutely delicious with strawberry filling and beautiful lace like designs perfect for the evening. My family just enjoyed the evening and I really feel the flowers, balloons, and wedding cake truly made the difference! Thank you Marissa and Susan for your beautiful work, and Olga and Misa in the Bakery Department for all that you did to give my parents the best 65th Wedding Anniversary possible! They even got to cut the cake and feed each other some. Such a special moment! This store has the best people that care about doing a great job for the people! I will definitely be back with more special events in the future to celebrate with flowers and delicious cakes and pastries.”

“The HEB cake slices are some of the best I have ever tasted. Equivalent to home made. The flavors chosen were delectable, rich not overly. Last purchased a pink strawberry icing, dark chocolate center. The freshness is there. Impossible to not purchase when shopping. Usually would not buy cake at a grocery nor eat so many slices. Impossible not to. Visited two seperate locations, this one and Research, have had the same luck with the slices each time, fresh. Tried two more flavors since writing this review. The tiramisu, lemon lime tort cream. The Braker lane had the last two. Wow! ❤”
