“We recently adopted a pup and he got sick in the middle of the night night. Manchaca Village Vet took him in as a new patient that morning! The staff at the front desk, the technician, Nicole, and Dr. Wise were friendly and down to earth. Dr. Wise took her time and did a thorough check. Nicole and Dr. Wise even got on the floor with Willie! I was also surprised of the low rates! We never walked out the door of Circle C Animal Hospital under $200. A very nice welcome, excellent customer service and affordable prices. We already set up an account for our other fur baby, because Manchaca Village will now be our trusted vet. :)”
“I can't possibly recommend this vet enough! As a new patient I called them short notice and got me in right away. The way they handled my dog....amazing job by everyone! It's a high end state of the art facility and the employees that i interacted with were all awesome and appeared to genuinely care! Even got a follow up from the actual vet the next day to make sure my dog was ok. Literally never seen that happen before, it's usually someone at the front desk. Seriously....take your pet here!”

“I had to help my sweet Pekingese Romeo cross rainbow bridge yesterday and it was extremely painful! Adam the tech and Dr Lubitz were so caring so kind and so very very compassionate. It was so hard but they made his transition peaceful and allowed me and my dad to stay with my Romeo the entire time which meant so much to me. The office is so nice and very clean and staff is very friendly.”
“Leaving a five star after reading other reviews (low scores) left by the Crazies. This business has helped me with many pets over many years. Capital Vet is a model of excellence in the veterinary industry. e.g. Back in the day, they fixed a torn ACL - without a TPLO - with a (then) revolutionary technique and saved me thousands!! My 120lb pit was made whole!NOTE to the Crazies: If a business of this nature identifies as "non-emergency clinic" it means they do not handle emergencies - and they sure as hell don't handle them after hours!! (sounds like they did make exceptions in some cases!!!) That's why they invented "emergency clinics" to handle emergencies. Also people, if it's a pandemic, different rules apply - to EVERYONE.This is a fantastic business and does well by its clients.. don't listen to the crazies.”

He hand his staff have now helped me guide two of my precious babies over the rainbow bridge. They have comforted me in some of the worst moments of my life. Dr. Patel is one of the most intelligent and compassionate vets you will ever come across. This is a no frills vet office that will find the most efficient, effective, and affordable way to care for your pet. They are serving their community by being in business and I hope they are here forever.”
“The staff here is always fantastic and helpful whether it's over the phone or in the office. The vets are knowledgeable and kind. They don't push treatments that they aren't sure are necessary and always give you options and potential outcomes for whichever you choose. I've taken my cat here for about three years and now taking a new dog as well. It's also very clean and organized inside. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a great veterinarian office.”

“Jenn at the groomer took care of my little dog today. My dog had an injury a long time ago, which makes me feel extra protective of her little body. Jenn was attentive, speedy, careful with the location of her injury. She got one of her teammates to calm my dog while they worked diligently. Equally important Jenn did NOT make me feel like I was being extra by being an over protective dog mom. She was authentic and would give me time updates even though I wasn't in a hurry, but it was youthful. Her teammate walked out and complimented Jenn too (it's great when you draw compliments from your coworkers, says a lot about Jenn as a person). Her work was perfect, my dog looks great. Jenn made a billing error, and got her manager to correct it. She called it out herself, and saved us $$. Wow, what an amazing human Petco got lucky with! Integrity, kindness, skilled My little one and I left very happy thanks to Jenn and the entire experience we had with her. Sidenote...I hate pet stores and anyone who thinks it's okay to cage birds, ferrets, snakes, or to cage anything, specially for profit. I saw beautiful animals there in small cages, who I imagine don't get to feel the warmth of the sun with the same freedom we do.”
“Just want to say that Dr. Patel is a very good veterinarian, we've been bringing our pet there since he was about 3 months old, he's now 6 yrs old, praise God. He's been well taken care of here, so no complaints regarding the Vet. However, the staff up front could work on having a better system on the calls, at times, the hold time is way too long! And yes the phone rings after being on hold for a while & then recording comes in indicating calls can't be answered at the time to call back! This is the only complaint other than this we would and do recommend this facility to others.”

“I have been going to this location for a few years now. In the last year it’s been really really tough. I feel like I haven’t been given the proper service and support I needed for my dog and my dog became very fearful of going (out of nowhere) which raised concerns for me.BUT. Today was the experience that I used to have years ago. A man named Phillip brought me into the room and kindly explained every detail for the procedure my dog was going to have. He listened to my concerns, and provided support where he could. He was so incredibly kind and patient and gentle with my dog. When I came back to pick him up, he brought my dog out and again was incredibly kind. He detailed (again) everything that they did, how my dog handled it all and reminded me of what to do for the evening at home with him. He just showed that he cared which means the world to me.I haven’t had this kind of service at Banfield in a long time so it was really really refreshing to have. I felt like he treated my dog well and was patient with his fears being at the vet. You’d be lucky to have Phillip assisting you.I would personally give Phillip 5 stars.”
