“We had such a great experience with Dr. East and Sabrina when we brought in our new puppy. They were both so kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which really helped calm our nerves as new puppy owners. Dr. East took the time to explain everything and answered all of our questions in a way that actually made sense. We never felt rushed. Sabrina was just as wonderful and treated our puppy with so much care and attention. You can tell they genuinely love what they do and truly care about the animals they see. We feel really lucky to have found them and cannot say enough good things. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vet they can trust.”

“Very smart, fast and efficient which is great for nervous pets. I would have given them 5 stars if the vets were a little friendlier. Vet techs are very friendly though.”

“We are new to the area and so lucky to have found Kyle Animal Hospital! The facility is exceptionally clean, and the doctor and entire staff are very professional. Everyone there is so happy and welcoming. Even though Bruthaus was scared at first, the team did a wonderful job making him feel warm, safe, and cared for. Highly recommend them to any pet owner!”

“We have recently had 2 of our cats receive care at Circle C. They are always caring to the pets and treat them very well. We recently had our cat, Charlie, injure himself. We were able to get him into the clinic the same day even though they were already super busy. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Communication is excellent with the clinic and they respond quickly to calls snd emails. Very lucky to have a great place so close to home!”

“My dog was recently fixed here and we’ve started to go here more regularly for other visits. His neuter procedure went better than expected and I was able to have a phone call with the vet beforehand to reassure some of my concerns. I was updated throughout the procedure and they even followed up with me the day afterwards. For regular visits, we can usually get in relatively quickly and the front desk is always very helpful and friendly. My dog also seems very comfortable here so that is also a plus!”

“From start to finish - Moontower Vet Surgery Center was amazing! Their receptionist/vet tech was incredibly helpful getting us all set up, working back with my vet, scheduling and making the process super smooth. The surgeon himself - Dr. Shuman - was excellent and spent plenty of time explaining before and after the procedure. And my pup seems to be doing very well a week post surgery. Highly recommend their services!”

“Firehouse is amazing with their customer service. On 8-7-2023, when I had to say goodbye to my cat. On 6-7-2022, they were amazing on my first visit with Lily. Take your pets here, because they care for your pets and that they have a lot of compassion for your tough decisions when it comes time. If you plan on working with pets and animals. This is a good place to work at even volunteer, you will not regret going here with employment, volunteering or taking care of your pets.”

“Dr. Dillman and her staff saved my cat's life! Unbeknownst to us, she had swallowed a rope necklace that she had chewed up days earlier and the pieces had gotten stuck in her large and small intestine. Dr. Dillman and her amazing staff performed emergency surgery on her that went late into the evening, and Dr. Dillman stayed the night at the clinic to make sure that my cat recovered. If they had not acted as quickly as they did, she would not have made it. I appreciate the extensive communication- I was made aware of every step of the plan of action leading up to the surgery and was given updates regularly. Their efficiency, kindness and great skills saved out beloved pet's life and we will be forever grateful!”

“I love love love this clinic so much doesn’t matter the veterinarian, nurse, or office people you work with. They’re all so amazing, friendly, and truly care. Every appointment of experience I’ve had with this office has been a wonderful experience. I moved from South Austin and still make the trek down here when needed.”

“The staff was so professional and sweet and they made me so proud of my sweet baby. They made lots of compliments to her and were very professional about her care. They also didn’t make me feel bad about waiting too long for certain things. When vets do that, is so shameful when you’re literally at the vet trying to get those things done. So kudos to them for being compassionate!”

“I brought my cat in for liver failure and ultimately had to have him put down. The entire staff was so kind, patient, and gentle with my boy and they all have a blatant love for animals. I couldn’t ask for a better group to take us through this difficult process. Shelby, Angel, and Dr. Cruz, I cannot thank y’all enough for taking such good care of Hank during his last week. Not all hero’s wear capes.”

“I've been going there for 20 plus years. I breed french mastiff i went in there. They told me my dog had parasites, and this she needed this high dollar medicine. Well, I have 6 of them, so I went ahead and opted to buy the medicine for all 6. It cost me $1700 when I walk out of the store and Google, the name of the medicine. I find that I can buy it at chewy for a $145 for the jar. I go back in, I talk to him about it. And since I already purchased it, it was a done deal. So now I will not be going back here ever again. After a 20 year long, run with these people. And they treat me like, I don't know how to explain it, but after being burned that bad by a vet there, it really makes me wonder what they're doing to everybody else like.I said, i've been going there for twenty plus years. And I have this done to me as a slap in the face. Now I go to my new vet, which is in the hills over an hour away of a family getting, and I'll just bite the bullet and go to them every time because i've never had a problem with this.Like them, if I ever had a high dollar medicine, they told me where to get it.And get it cheaper, and they've helped me out. These people here are in it for nothing. But the money evidently at this point. And when I contacted them several times about it, getting my money back, they just told me too bad and hung up on me.It's not a way to do business”
