“I have been meaning to write this review for a while to say how happy I was that I took my dog Pablo to Dr. Frank Metzler to remove his cyst! He got the cyst when he was a puppy and I was playing ball with him and a french door swung and hit his head. My vet did not have the ultrasound equipment to check it, and another vet I went to said just leave it. I didn't want the bump on his head for his whole life, so I consulted with Dr. Frank who did an ultrasound to determine that it was a follicular cyst and he said he could remove it and have his teeth cleaned at the same time! It came out perfect as he did stitches from the inside. Refer to before and after pics. Thank you SO much!”

“We have recently had 2 of our cats receive care at Circle C. They are always caring to the pets and treat them very well. We recently had our cat, Charlie, injure himself. We were able to get him into the clinic the same day even though they were already super busy. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Communication is excellent with the clinic and they respond quickly to calls snd emails. Very lucky to have a great place so close to home!”

“Dr. Erika Neeley is fantastic! I brought my cat Londynn in and from the moment we sat down, she took the time to really walk me through everything. Nothing felt rushed at all, even though I had a lot of questions. She explained each step of the exam and what she was checking for in a way that was easy to understand, and she was patient with my cat, who isn't always the easiest patient (Londynn is a bit of a diva!). What really stood out was how comfortable she made me feel throughout the whole visit. I never felt like I was being pushed through the appointment. She genuinely listened to my concerns and made sure I understood the plan going forward before we left. It's clear she cares about both the pets and the humans! If you're looking for a vet who takes the time to actually explain things and treats your pet like family, I highly recommend Dr. Neeley. Londynn and I both left feeling well taken care of.”

Both cats were handled with care and the older cat was euthanized very gently and compassionately. We have been bringing out cats here for over 20 years now and have always been treated well.”

“Excellent vet! I took my doggos here to get bloodwork and heartworm tests done. We were in and out really quick and the prices were super affordable. I was surprised the doctor didn't even put the muzzle on my 125lb tamaskan to draw blood. He's the sweetest boy, but woolfy looking and people often feel intimidated, especially because he gets nervous at the vet. But the doctor knew exactly what he was doing and it only took a second, then my furbabies got lots of love and treatos :) Will definitely be coming back here.”

“My dog was recently fixed here and we’ve started to go here more regularly for other visits. His neuter procedure went better than expected and I was able to have a phone call with the vet beforehand to reassure some of my concerns. I was updated throughout the procedure and they even followed up with me the day afterwards. For regular visits, we can usually get in relatively quickly and the front desk is always very helpful and friendly. My dog also seems very comfortable here so that is also a plus!”

“We have had an extremely rough year with one pup having a hip replacement, a sever cut and a couple other accidents, and then 10 days ago the other pup had a severe rattlesnake bite for which we have had to visit the ER 3 times and she are now in care with Dr Carmo. It has been traumatic for pups and mom alike, to say the least. But Dr Carmo and the docs at Parker are all three amazing. They have made themselves available on a continuous basis, and have reached out to me to check in along the way. Each has their own style, and it seems we always get exactly what we need. I am so so grateful to have finally found my veterinary home after many, many years bouncing around, including having had some pretty negative experiences. I have 100% confidence in this team. I just hope to not see them so often starting in the near future.”

“We noticed that our oldest dog was having some teeth issues and a horrible cough. So we scheduled an appointment with Dr. Moon. The whole process was so easy. They used text message to communicate with you and you can just fill out your forms online before your appointment. Upon arrival, I texted them that I was here and they texted and let me know that they were ready for me. When we got inside, we were walked to a private room that was very comfortable for my dog and myself. Our Veterinary Tech, Meagan, was so amazing and sweet. She made us feel right at home. During our check in and my dog was even comfortable with her. And she's usually very anxious. Dr. Moon and her team examined my dog in the room and was able to quickly diagnose what was going on. She needed x-rays and blood work and that was completed very quickly. I'm so pleased with my experience at Vet365 and I'm so glad I brought my dog here. She got the best care and the overall process was super quick!”

It is also important to me that the clinic is staffed primarily by women doctors up to and including Dr. Heppner, the chief of staff. She is my go to but I will happily and comfortably see any doctor there as they are all outstanding and work together to provide comprehensive coordinated care for your animal family members of pretty much any species.”
