I'm not sure how he does it but store visitors are always greeted so at least they know they're in a que for sales service after he helps the customer before them. That makes a huge difference between being ignored and the potential customer giving up and moving to another place to shop. Lucky me, I've been there each time with prompt 1st in line service from Richard. This will be my 3rd mattress purchase.
