“Stripes has Laredo Taco. Laredo Taco, when it's fresh, has great tacos and Enchilada plates. With the rewards app on ur phone u can decent discounts too. They have deals on occasion too that they send out texts about. I definitely recommend them. Just make sure and ask if the tortillas are still fresh soft before hand. Sometimes the employees don't pay attention to details like that when they are having a long day.”
“I love this store and gas station. Friendly staff, helpful. They take the groceries out of your basket to ring them up, then someone carries them to your car. Very clean store, even the bathrooms are clean. And helpful if you have a question. They care about their customers, us.”

“If you blink you will miss this little fuel stop, in fact I had to turn around to fuel up because I did miss it. The old man came out and fueled up my Jeep. I am from AZ so we are use to self serve. It was a treat for someone else to fill me up. Gas was cheaper than what I could get in Abilene, Tx ($4.35 compare to $4.49+) and was on my route of travel. I tried to tip the attendant and he politely declined to take my money.Make sure you have cash if you stop here, they don't take plastic. ?”

“Bouncin' neighborhood hangout. This is the place to get gossip. With two hotels, a mall and a Lowe's, they all have some very colorful stories of things that go on. Everyone who works there is so nice, and they all know me. It's always very clean (unlike most of the DKs in town)”

“Small gas station, offers regular and diesel fuel. The parking lot does have enter/exit on opposite sides, so if you have a truck and a (small) trailer then it is possible to pull in and pull right on out, so that’s a little convenient. In general, the parking lot is quite small and cramped. Pay at the pump does not usually work, so if you’re in a hurry, you do probably have to go inside to pay. Employees are usually friendly. Not a bad stop in a pinch.”
“So tired of the people getting angry when they are pulling in or out at the gas station when they are facing the wrong direction. Excuse me sir, don’t honk at me because you are trying to back-in facing the wrong direction and I couldn’t tell. You were the one blocking the whole parking lot with your big truck so people were stopped and having to wait for you to move.”

“One of the 'Stripes' convenience stores, it is the cleanest one I've been in so far- did hear some discussion about the next relief being late, but didn't seem to be a big deal. It was late, around midnight, and no hot food items, but there were cold sandwiches, salads, and parfait. The bathrooms were clean- just the trash needed emptying.”

“Nice place. Large variety of drinks, from fountain drinks to frozen drinks. Great tasting hot food. The only negative is their menu isn't clear about the prices. (The bone in chicken is $6.79, but to make it a box is $2 more. They don't tell you what comes in the box (which is only the chicken plus 1 side). So when the server is holding open a container with space for two sides and asks you what sides you want, you assume 2 sides come with the box and you end up being charged more.)”
“Just passed through here from out of state and I can say by far that this has the most helpful and friendliest staff. Very clean and well stocked. I'm quite older and needed some assistance with my gas pump and a young gentlemen by the name of Mark assisted me generously and without a problem. He proceeded the entire time with a smile and was very gentlemen like. Would highly recommend this location especially for the older folks who may need a helping hand.”
