“Just moved to Buffalo, and being use to Dallas people, I have to say that Thursday I was not having such a great day. My car has been out of commission due to breaking down so my only choice was to walk to get my packages. Of course I wasn’t thinking since it was hot outside. I had forgotten my wallet and water, and when I arrived at the USPS, the lady was super nice. I was severely dehydrated and wobbly. I was trying to not vomit and not pass out. I asked for a bottle of water and without hesitation, she was kind enough to help. For me, it is the small things because there is too much hate in this world that kindness is rare. I very much appreciate her kindness and compassion. This is one of the reasons I missed living in a small town. So far, everyone has been wonderful”
