10 days to pick up a miss delivered letter, in mail box, flag up. Havent recieved mail for 14 days. Just received time sensitive letters from 10/20, on 11/15. Package reported as delivered on 11/4 by USPS not recieved.

This post office doesn't deliver my packages to the correct address. They used to but the last year my packages end up at my neighbors house. This is not acceptable.

Why is the post office not open on Saturday until noon, so people that work can get there postal needs done.
