“I wish all Ross stores were this way. First off I'm from California, got stranded in texas and happened to be by Tyler and needed clothes. The place was clean, quiet, and cool. The ladies were both beyond nice, they let me use the restroom, and when I finally reached the counter the lady with the blue hair apologized for the lady in front taking a little longer then usual do to a return that was not processing on the computer. She thanked me for being patient. One of the best customer services I ever experienced.”

“This was a truly charming find for me. I loved taking my time & looking in all the nooks and crannies. I came home with gifts & treats & my hubby found something too. All this was great, but the staff made it even better. If I lived closer, I'd visit frequently & possibly make some new friends. The ladies were certainly not lacking in southern charm. Thank you!”
