“I will only come to Swanns from now on. I went to Haverty’s and worked with a lady named Cat. My experience with Cat at Haverty’s was very disappointing. I found her to be pushy, dishonest, and lacking product knowledge. Rather than listening to my needs and helping me find the right furniture for my home, I felt pressured throughout the process. What concerned me most was hearing her speak negatively about other employees. I also overheard her bragging to an older employee about convincing a customer to apply for a credit card and purchase something the customer didn’t even want. That type of sales approach does not inspire confidence or trust. In contrast, the team at Swann’s was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs without any pressure. They provided the kind of customer service I was looking for and made the entire experience enjoyable. As a result, I plan to work with Swann’s to furnish and decorate my new home once construction is complete, as well as my daughter’s law office. I highly recommend choosing a company that values customer service, honesty, and professionalism.”

“I had a really nice experience visiting this antique store. There was a good mix of older furniture, decor, and smaller vintage pieces, and it was fun looking through everything. The shop had that authentic old-time feel without being too crowded or overwhelming. I also liked that the items felt like they had some history behind them instead of just looking mass produced. The person working there was friendly and gave me some space to browse, which I appreciate. Prices seemed pretty fair for most of what I saw. I didnt end up buying a lot, but I found a couple interesting pieces and would definitely come back to look around again.”

CEO Bill Barton told analysts the company plans to open about 20 new stores in 2026 and sees a path to more than 500 locations by 2035, roughly two and a half times its current 209-store footprint across 26 states.
