“We recently moved to Tyler for career changes and work opportunities and saw that Cumberland Place had a 1st floor apartment available with adequate space for our downsizing needs.
Yesenia was our first contact for vetting us and our dogs to make sure we were a perfect fit for Cumberland Place and to also answer any and every question we had.. we are very inquisitive and she was very helpful and kind through the entire process.
Once we moved in we met Kristin who somehow managed to run the office setting along with managing an absolute ton of Amazon packages through the holiday season all while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.
We are very pleased with everything these two women have done to help us through the process of getting settled in and feeling welcome.
Then there’s the maintenance man, Foster. Once we got unpacked there were a few things that needed attention.. Foster showed up and in less than an hour he was a plumber, a locksmith, and an HVAC guy… he’s like the McGuyver of maintenance men and was able to suggest to us several spots around town for different interests and he was just as kind and welcoming as Kristin and Yesenia.
In a more or less satyrical manner I would absolutely consider Foster as a strong member for my zombie apocalypse team.

“This is the nicest uhaul center we have ever used. 2017-2023 we had to move 5 times. So we have used so many different centers. This place has the sweetest family running the insurance, self storage and Uhaul center. So very helpful and always so polite. We definitely recommend this place! 20 stars if we could!!”
