“I’ve been using this place for a while now and it’s extremely convenient, safe and affordable. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The place has a ton of security cameras and a locked gate which can be accessed 24/7 by customers. Plenty of storage units, covered parking and open parking for large trailers, RVs, boats etc.”
“Meant to leave a review a while back, but I moved in late August and needed a place spur of the moment and they had nothing available at the time. I called and explained my situation, and they bypassed two weeks worth of inspections just to inspect an apartment I was interested in. They got me moved in and approved in 3 days notice instead of 3 weeks. Incredible customer service I have never experienced at any other apartment complex. Yesenia and Morgan are beyond helpful. Highly recommend!”
“09/12/2022 - I have nothing but great things to say about the Tyler Delivery and Moving team - POD arrived on time, just like the ETA window said it would and the driver even called to confirm exactly where and how I wanted it - scheduled Move online and got the ETA window for that and BOOM dude was there. Not the same driver - But he called me to verify too. It got there and everything inside was still in great shape, which I was surprised by.I did not have that luck when I drove my own stuff in a rental truck....I would highly recommend and I would do this again in a heartbeat.Everyone was super friendly and helpful and you guys were GREAT!THANK YOU so very much!”

“My client has nine storage areas in this location and I was asked to work with her to sort through her stored items to prepare for her move. We had trouble with two individual locks and called Management for assistance. Michelle with Management met us both times was courteous and professional. She solved our problems with the locks, replaced the locks and we were back to work.
The facility is clean, organized and safe.”
