My aunt was having trouble transferring the data from her old i-Pad to her new. I brought her in even though we didn't have an appointment.
After waiting our turn, the 2 young men that were behind the counter were not only knowledgeable but friendly and respectful. Since our issue required waiting for reboots and information transfers/ downloads, they helped other customers simultaneously without making us feel like we were being pushed aside or brushed off. All the while, they're also answering random questions, like what to do with old and broken devices that are piling up in the corner of my office? They were great!
Technology can be frustrating when you're trying to navigate areas that you don't deal with very frequently. How often do you purchase a new device? Every 3 or 4 years? It's hard to even remember how to change the clock in the car every 6 months for daylight savings! Thank you, guys, for being such pros!”

She was so very helpful and patient with me; Pat never rushed me through and did an excellent job with explanations. “I can't say enough about how grateful I am for Walter's help. He helped me troubleshoot my broken router and assisted me in securing a new one at no additional cost. He ensured my old device was properly disconnected so I wouldn't be double billed. He also helped me validate my military status so I could receive the a military discount, rather than simply leave it to me to get the run around on the website or customer service center. He did this all while staying late and never grew impatient with the process.

“I had to get something for my child the other night but the only store open was 7 eleven and I' use to be regular customer but the clerk Chris was very rude to me and made sexual comment to me that left me uncomfortable. I really didn't want to have to go there anymore but I had no choice this was my child sick I needed something quick . So I went to store anyway and was glad to see a woman working there she was very busy but stopped what she was doing and helped me find something to help my daughter painful stomach ache . I asked her if there was still a man named Chris that worked here she said yes in mornings .
Well I guess the only time a helpful friendly person works really late at night so I don't usually have to get out late but if I do I will know where to go hopefully that woman i believe her name was Rhonda will be there. I truly appreciate the attention I got from her.
