“Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service — Yessenia Is Phenomenal! I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Verizon, and I cannot say enough great things about Yessenia, the sales representative who helped us. From the moment we started working with her, Yessenia was phenomenal. She has a great personality, exceptional customer service skills, and—most importantly—an incredible amount of patience. I came in having several frustrating issues with my Google Pixel 9 Pro, including not receiving phone calls properly and not getting the sounds/notifications for text messages. I was also having problems with my Pixel Watch. Yessenia took the time to listen to everything we were experiencing, explained our options, and helped us find what she felt was the best solution for our needs. We ultimately upgraded to a Google Pixel 11, a Galaxy Tab A11+ 5G to help with some issues I was having with my personal computer, and a Google Pixel Watch 5. What made the experience even better was how incredibly reasonable the overall price was, especially with the promotion that allowed us to receive the tablet and watch at no additional cost. But honestly, the products and promotion were only part of what made this experience so great. Yessenia patiently handled all of the setup for us. She walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with our new devices before we left. She also helped us disconnect a watch we were no longer using and a phone we no longer needed. And through all of it, not once did she show frustration, impatience, or any displeasure about helping us. She remained friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from beginning to end. Yessenia is truly a top-notch employee and exactly the kind of person who gives Verizon a great name. She represents Verizon with excellent customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for the customer. If we ever need anything from Verizon in the future, Yessenia will absolutely be the person we look for. Thank you so much, Yessenia, for making what could have been a frustrating experience into such a positive one. We truly appreciate your time, patience, and everything you did for us. Verizon is very fortunate to have an employee like you! Five stars without hesitation!”

“Besides not having the whipped cream and marshmallows at the coffee station is a good store but the bathrooms usually stink and the cash app services and check out tend to fail. Had an atm still under stripes name even though it's now a seven 11.”

“Overall, had a good experience. Husband left with a new phone so he was happy. Felt a bit dizzy with the fast talking rep and lots of technical information. Would recommend T-Mobile.”
