“This doctor’s office is wonderful. The staff is always extremely kind, and whenever I call with a question or issue, they make sure to call me back the very same day.
I see Glenn, and he is excellent. He takes the time to explain what is going on, helps me know what questions to ask a specialist, and always talks to me in a way that feels respectful and caring. He never talks down to me or rushes through the visit.
In a time when so many offices seem to just want to get patients in and out as fast as possible, this office truly stands out. They make you feel valued as a patient. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would.”

No phone tree to navigate then end in a voice mail! You are lucky if you get to be a patent in this beautiful clinic.”

“I give Dr Jimmy 5 stars but he lost one due to his office staff. I want to start by saying how much I absolutely love Dr. Jimmy Baros. He’s the reason I continue to drive all the way to this office. His bedside manner is truly unmatched, he listens carefully, never rushes appointments, and genuinely seems to care not only about my health but about my life. That kind of attention and compassion is rare, and it’s exactly why I chose this practice in the first place. He makes you feel seen, heard, and valued as a person.

Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for my recent experience with the front office. I called today around 2:40 PM with a question about my husband’s prescription and was met with an incredibly rude response. The woman on the phone dismissed me and said, “I’m not going to play the guessing game.” I wasn’t trying to make anyone guess I was just asking for help.

It was a disappointing and frustrating moment that didn’t reflect the high standard of care Dr. Jimmy sets. Patients should be treated with courtesy and patience, especially when they’re reaching out for support. One rude interaction like this can really impact the trust and comfort we have in an office. DR Jimmy's previous staff was excellent I had never been treated like this before. I don’t know if its new energy but lately, the front office staff energy totally changed this year.

I truly hope this was a one-off, and I’m sharing this not out of anger, but in hopes that the same level of respect and kindness Dr. Jimmy shows can be upheld by the rest of the staff as well. He deserves a team that reflects his incredible care.”

“Dr. Cobbinah and her entire staff are phenomenal. I've been a patient for 3 years. Both of the Nurse practitioners are amazing staff is friendly. Plus Carmen who handles all of labs is incredible. A special shout out to Julis and Haley they both do a spectacular job. The other staff members i can not recall their names however they are also very much appreciated.”
