“I had a great experience yesterday . They were very helpful in helping me determine if I needed a new battery for my phone or if there was some other issue. I was also very impressed because while I was there, there was a very belligerent older man who was giving one of the employees a hard time. It had nothing to do with the employee, the man was mad because he insisted he had no pass word for his phone , etc. The young man never lost his cool and was very respectful to the rude customer. I will always take my business to them .”

“Kryss was my technical angel genius this morning. I downloaded a game (first mistake) that froze my phone. Nothing responded so I tried to reboot and accidentally activated an emergency SOS (second mistake). Brought it to Kryss, and she was able to get it back to normal. What a relief! Helpful, professional, understanding, and effective! I deleted the game and will not make that mistake again. seaside escape was the game, btw.
