“I came in around 5:30 Wednesday 3/4/24 and didn't catch the name of the guy working but he was super helpful and seemed to care more about actually helping the customer over obvious overcharging. I got the battery and screen on my iPhone 13 mini replaced, the price of getting my battery replaced at this business was $80 less than quoted at you break I fix who claimed they would need more than 3 hours to fix my phone, while this employee was able to flawlessly replace both my battery and my screen in what felt like less than an hour. I'm extremely grateful and will be returning if I ever need any more repairs with any of my electronics, it might seem silly, but honestly this customer service was top notch. thank you!!”

“Decided to take my iPad mini 6 to this store to fix my screen. The guy who works there did an excellent job with my iPad making it like new with no problems. He provided me really good customer service that he was really nice guy which he also gave me $50 dollars off. I don’t regret coming there and I think I will come back to this store again if my phone or computer gets broken for it to get fixed again. I highly recommend to come to this store if you need a place to get your phone, tablet or computer fixed.”

“I had dropped my mother's phone face down on the sidewalk and shattered the screen. She passed away a year ago so I didn't want to just replace the phone, needed to replace the screen. I checked out the good reviews for this business and took my phone here. The people were very nice and helpful . They had my screen replaced in less than 3 hours. It was around 140. But we'll with it for me. I agree with all the good reviews. If I need to have anything else repaired I will come back here.”

They were the only place willing to do a repair on my phone, and did a excellent and quick repair. The second time I used them was this week for my sons phone that had been run over. Me and my wife went to many Verizon stores and felt that the rep's just don't have interest selling us the phones because of the hectic process. We came to this store and trust me the store manager was so professional and went above and beyond for us to get the new iPhones. The manager has very great ethics and always kept smile on his face though out the lengthy process . We sincerely appreciate him to help us out by being very patient and with a great attitude.
