“So far so good. They do all of our tire repairs for our company trucks and cars. They even do some of our mechanics jobs . Friendly and prompt service. Bilingual Espanol. Pricing is very fair, I would feel ok with sending my wife there.”

“I don’t remember my technicians name but he was really sweet and outgoing, he was talking about how he was just promoted and I can see why! They were super welcoming and excited when I pulled in and my technician went out of his way to replace my in cabin filter. I’m not sure it was ever replaced and he made sure to get it done even though it took extra steps to get it out. These guys worked fast and did a great job”

“Using JL for vehicle inspection. Got there just after the only perdón who does the inspection had gone to lunch. Had to come back in 30 minutes. Very good service when he got there. Maybe need to cross train a second person to do vehícle inspections or post a time when the person who does inspection will not be there.???
To be fair, I did not call in advance and schedule the inspection.
Will cont to use services for routine maintenance & inspections but will call ahead.”

We didn’t even pay for any services, but they treated us like we spent thousands of dollars. This is why I love Timberwood lube and will be always choose them over their completion! Thank you both!”

“We came here to purchase a battery for a 2020 Lincoln Aviator. I was dreading having to install the battery myself after watching videos online because it was going to be a big job having to remove a couple of panels as well as the water line for the windshield wipers just to get to the battery. Lillian helped us choose the correct battery and then told us that installation was free, I was very surprised because I knew it was going to be a big job. Then we got to meet Seth who was going to do the installation and he put us at ease telling us that he could definitely replace the battery for us and that there was not a charge. Seth even told us that our old battery was still in good shape but we decided to purchase the new battery anyway as we were going on a long trip.
Anyway everything went smoothly and Lillian and Seth were both extremely professional, very patient and kind.
Walmart is a better place with employees like Lillian and Seth.”
