“Went 03 November for an oil change. From start to finish on the stop watch, it took 7 minutes and 21 seconds. I watched the entire operation.. they were quick, efficient, and got the job done. I did 2 days of research..because this is the first time I have had someone do my oil change…simply because this is a 2025 Chrysler Pacifica and I want everything annotated so there will never be a warranty issue. Usually, change my own oil on our vehicles.. After 2 days of research, I came up with Master Lube. When you’re looking for reviews, click on the “lowest rating” filter options and you’ll see the horror stories and then the reply of the crappy management from other companies. I didn’t find anything bad other than from like 5 years ago. All were good!! This place is straight and to the point. They aren’t pushy whatsoever. They greeted me, asked for what I wanted done, and got the job done, I paid, and drove out! Highly recommend ??”

“Oh my goodness… this business is something truly special. They didn’t just detail a neglected 2002 Camry — they brought it back to life in a way that honestly moved me to tears. Seeing my Mother's old car restored with such care felt like watching a memory being given a second chance. The entire crew is extraordinary - professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in their work. Even though I'm sure they mostly work on newer cars and high‑end vehicles, they treated my old, little Camry with the same respect, detail, and devotion. That meant more to me than I can express. I couldn’t be more grateful or more impressed. Sal, thank you — your kindness and dedication shine through everything you do. You’re a gem.”

“Crystal and Bernard were absolutely pleasant..fast service..patiently serviceable and informative on my vehicle...I went close to 8pm they still welcomed me. After im sure a long day of popping hoods, customer after customer, definitely greeted me with a smile and ready to handle my vehicle needs as if they just started their shifts, great energy from them. I would give them a 20 out of 20 if I could. I look forward to seeing them my next oil change..they even inquired about my tires, if id like them to check my pressure, that courtesy brought to my attention that my tires were low. Great job to them both.”

“Words cannot I express how grateful I am for goose auto. My tire started losing air drastically, fast, pulled into a Valero gas station to pump air only to find the air pump was broken. I had my newborn with me in the car I urgently started calling several places to have my tire replaced with the spare . Everywhere around was either overcharging or it would take them 1to 2 hours. Goose Auto not only came within 10 minutes they put in the spare for free and we followed them to the garage and they were able to fix my tire which had a giant nail And they put the tire back on. Not only was that not charged astronomically, but the fact that they understood the urgency I had and having a newborn in the car, they acted fast and we were in and out probably less than 20 minutes. Thank you George and the rest of the team. Goose Auto on San Pedro Ave💕”

“After taking my car to several other auto shops with no resolution to the issue was extremely frustrating. Im very happy to say that I had a really solid experience at this shop. I brought my car in for a suspension issue that had been giving me issues for a while, and they got it taken care of without any hassle. They got it taken care of the very next day after it was brought in. John, the General Manager explained what was going on in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to push anything extra, and got the repair done fast. He has excellent customer skills and was very polite. The car feels way better now—no more weird noises or rough ride. Definitely appreciate how straightforward and easy they made the whole process. I’ll be coming back here for future work for sure. Thanks guys, yall are awesome!”

“I have never had a bad experience with AT Automotive. They have always been very good about explaining the issues with my vehicles as well as showing me an itemized and detailed problem list with the option to proceed with the job. If you’re not happy with their price, you could take that list elsewhere to compare. I trust the job they do and feel comfortable leaving my vehicles in their hands.”

“We walked into North Park Volkswagen without an appointment, without a real plan, and honestly not even sure what we wanted. Chelly Mendoza immediately made the entire experience easy. She helped us find the perfect vehicle with everything we were looking for, and what really stood out was how genuinely excited she was to tell us about the car, its capabilities, and all of its features. After visiting other dealerships, I can tell you that level of knowledge and enthusiasm is surprisingly rare. Chelly worked through all of the paperwork quickly and made the entire car-buying process fast, efficient, and painless. Her attitude was pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and never pushy. It is such a breath of fresh air to find someone in sales and service who clearly still cares about what they do and about the experience their customers have. If you're dreading the thought of buying a car, skip the headache and go see Chelly Mendoza at North Park Volkswagen. She made the entire experience better than we ever expected, and I would absolutely recommend her.”
