“Gunner Latham rocked it all night in the cold! His music was the perfect vibe for the night. It was so fun I got a chance to meet him. He’s very charismatic and he seems like a really great person with family values. He gained a new fan! The venue was extraordinary! It had a huge fireplace that kept everybody warm all night, the staff was friendly food and drinks were great. I definitely know why they call it Stargazer Ranch now, it was a perfect clear night. Plenty of parking with people to help. It was a great experience. Can’t wait for the next one.”

“My kids and I love it here! It's definitely a little tricky as a mom with an infant and toddler but I feel safer coming here than any other indoor playground. I wish they enforced the 4 and under section, there's older kids that come in there all the time and they just don't play right with the smaller kids.
My daughter had her first birthday party and it was great! Victoria did amazing and was very attentive, helpful, and just so kind to everyone. She was quick to bring a lighter when ours didn't work and they packed up the leftover pizza for us to take home. If either of my kids wanted a birthday party here I would definitely do it again!”

“Very quaint and cozy place for a small, intimate event. They allow you to select your own catering service. Carmona Catering did an awesome job at this event. The venue manager, Stephanie, did an awesome job in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Come check them out for yourself!”

“The most incredible wedding venue! Not only was the scenery and facilities gorgeous, but the team who worked with us on our wedding could not have been more helpful. Barbara, Lay, and Amy were so patient but also able to point out things we had not thought of. The result was a fairly large wedding that ran smoothly and without a single complaint from any guests. Emotions run high during weddings and the team at Bergheim were kind and compassionate. They made our day so much easier!”

“My favorite place to end each week. Pastor Rick is awesome, and his wife Cindy AMAZING.
I attend church as well as the yearly "Chosen" Women's conference and that is phenomenal. If you don't go to church, you may want to join us for the Chosen bc the Testimonies are life-changing.
If you are looking for a church- Summit is it, they are so excited to see you every week. They are all so inviting and loving. I've been to my share of church's but there isn't one like Summit. You aren't just a body, you are SOMEBODY here.

“An overall great experience!We held my father’s celebration of life with the caterers & AV company recommended by the venue as well as a few table decorations provided by the them . They were incredibly friendly & sensitive to our needs. Everything went perfectly & we received so many compliments on the celebration.”

“We used Venture X over at Hardy Oak as our temporary office for a few months and we absolutely loved being there. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the place is always well kept and Sonia, the community manager is always super nice, helpful and accommodating. I initially checked three different spots and Venture X was by far the one I liked the best.”

“Hosted a Ryder cup style event here recently and already have next year’s event booked! The golf and resort staff were great to work with and made it a great experience for all guests, including a private dinner and love scoring. Fun and challenging course!”

“Clean lobby and rooms. Had decent water pressure, a full closet and another cabinet for clothes. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Pool was small and didn't see anyone use during my 5 night stay. Front desk service was great. Only have BWW and a Subway within a safe walking distance; others you would have to cross an interstate. Lobby bar had limited menu and was out of all but the 2 Flatbreads one night. Has only one person working who could not possibly keep up with a large amount of orders, bar tend, and serve. He tried and had a good attitude. Also out of a lot of liquors. Morning was better staffed but out of at least one popular syrup for coffees. Seems to be a poor management issue with staffing not ordering what's needed for food and liquor when you know you're hosting at least 80 people attending a conference. Overall would recommend if you have a vehicle.

Rooms: Mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, Ironing board, iron, and hair dryer included. Large closet with bifold doors in addition to 3 drawer dresser and cabinet to hold additional hanging clothes.
Pull out table under top attached to dresser witha desk chair.
Clean and everything was in working order.

Nearby activities: One bar

Walkability: One (mostly empty) shopping area nearby has a BWW, Subway, and a bar to eat. Nail salon in there is good. Other grocery type stores that look like you could walk to (~15 minutes) are across an interstate that isn't safe to cross. No drugstore within a reasonable walking distance.

Food and drinks: Limited menu and was poorly stocked and staffed in the evening. Needs someone to manage inventory and staffing better. Workers were friendly and did their best with what was available.”

“I’ve stayed at my fair share of resorts but this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to leave a review. The customer service here stands out. Kimberly and Daisy at the front desk went above and beyond for my wife and I. They simply made our trip feel special and memorable. We also had the pleasure of being waited on by Daniel at Cibolo moon, he was also outstanding. So personable. The golf and spa were obvious great, but the service was stellar and made the trip extra special.”

First off, the place is beautiful and clean. As soon as you walk in, you can tell that they’ve spent a lot of time in their design of the facility from the lobby, to the dining room, to the business area, it is spacious and welcoming.

The rooms are very well equipped; Full-size refrigerators, stove tops, kitchen pantry, The full-size desk to work on comfy beds and large modestly squishy pillows.

Last, but not least, the room rates are spectacular! If I’m ever in the area, this is the first place I would choose.

PS- Their morning free continental breakfast was fully stocked and delicious.”
