“I moved to central Texas but kept my Burkburnett account open. I recently got a call from the fraud debt, charges in Singapore had hit my account. They quickly froze my account, gave me a number to call for a replacement card, here’s where it all went sideways. Number I was given just kept me on hold. Then transferred to another department. I was getting upset only to be told that they were a third party company, handling these requests. So I spent hours on hold or being transferred.
I called the Burk branch and a cheerful young lady named Lisa said I can get a card out to today . She then said the mail had been picked up for today but I will get it to the post office on my lunch hour.Things like this is why I kept my account 409 miles away!
