“Karin McFadden was so respectful when she helped me get my insurance policy going. This is my second time having the standard insurance company, and the first time my insurance lapsed and then they let me get into the system again. I’ve called them three minutes before closing time and they were still willing to help me. Other companies usually just leave you on hold until it’s time to get off of work. I explained my situation and told them that I was about to take a trip somewhere and I had my baby with me, and I wanted to make sure we were safely covered before taking off, and I had so many things to do today. But this young lady was patient enough and willing to still help me even when it was time for her to get off of work. That is what I called valued customer service. I will definitely be sticking with them until I can’t anymore and I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this company. This is a company that I, myself would work for if I could.
