“Top-notch work! I love the finished collision repair work. From my first conversation with Ruby and Manny about the process until they delivered my vehicle to me has been exceptional customer service. My vehicle looks brand new. They replaced and repaired all of the damage that was seen and unseen to my eyes. Everything was explained in detail so I could know approximately when the repairs would be completed. I highly recommend Select Line Collision in Burleson. I’m glad that I used them. They have a customer for life in me. Thank you Manny, Ruby, and the entire team of Select Line Collision for your professionalism and craftsmanship. By the way, the office setup is very nice too. Ms. Valerie Thomas, Arlington TX.”

“Kevin E. was extremely helpful. I was told at a repair shop that my battery needed to be replaced...I got it in November 2025 and paid nearly $800. So, I rejected their suggestion and called Auto Zone, which Kevin encouraged me to come and get not only the battery checked but the alternator. Both were/are in top condition. So grateful for the help.”

“Amazing work!!!!!! My car looks better than it did, the day I bought it. It's a used car, so it had some wear. This was the best referral to a service, I have gotten in a long time. I absolutely love the job, they did on my car. The customer service was amazing!”

“Jon and Jim do an excellent job with everything. I was impressed by how communicative and willing to communicate they were from before my project car was taken in by their shop and even after the completion of the project. This was never more apparent than when Jon took time out of his busy work day to meet me at the upholstery shop to jump start the car because the doors had been opened too long (obviously no fault of his own). They own their work and want to see you and the project back at their shop, car shows, parades and just driving around town! They love what they do, and it shows! This shop went above and beyond and took a car that probably no one else would have looked at and made it into, I believe the best version of itself - and quite possibly, the best example of this vehicle (not in stock form!) certainly in the area, and probably the whole U.S., seriously! It's a gorgeous car that came a LONG WAY from what they took in! Well done guys! Thank you, your work is impressive:)”

“By far this is the most helpful staff I have EVER encountered at an O’Reillys (with the exception of Less, whom I have already contacted the customer service line about) Special shoutout to the Manager on duty when I was in store, Michael. As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. Also, at Customer Support thank you to Ian and Manny who were both also top tier associates and understanding while I was going through this difficult patch. All in all, if you are perplexed on where to go for auto parts or assistance, look no further. Thank you guys!”
