As well as Mike and Ricardo who were the associates also assisting Michael. They were all so patient and helpful when it came to insuring the part I purchased was A+ condition. They had the best attitudes and even suggested a fantastic BBQ spot for lunch because I am not from this area. This is the type of customer service and support that keeps consistent consumers and I hope O’Reillys values their professionalism and hospitality as much as I do. Also, at Customer Support thank you to Ian and Manny who were both also top tier associates and understanding while I was going through this difficult patch. “Jon and Jim do an excellent job with everything. I was impressed by how communicative and willing to communicate they were from before my project car was taken in by their shop and even after the completion of the project.
This was never more apparent than when Jon took time out of his busy work day to meet me at the upholstery shop to jump start the car because the doors had been opened too long (obviously no fault of his own).
They own their work and want to see you and the project back at their shop, car shows, parades and just driving around town! They love what they do, and it shows!
This shop went above and beyond and took a car that probably no one else would have looked at and made it into, I believe the best version of itself - and quite possibly, the best example of this vehicle (not in stock form!) certainly in the area, and probably the whole U.S., seriously! It's a gorgeous car that came a LONG WAY from what they took in!

“The vehicle we wanted was at Mazda Burleson and it was 30 minutes from the house. Last day of March specials so we got off work and headed down. Jenica and Ashlyn made us feel welcomed and we got to drive a couple to make sure we were on the right CX-50. The transaction process was easy, got to meet the Sales Manager McCain, and AugustinO in finance was very helpful. Ended up with the 2026 CX-50 Turbo, Ingot Blue on White! We’ll definitely be back!!”
