“I really appreciate the services Kayex collision gave me. They really care about their craft. My car was sadly really damaged but they were able to fix it. I had a lot of repairs needed including airbag placement. Several parts were needed but they were able to get them all. The owner and his team were really effective communicators. “Someone backed into my new Range Rover and I have a specialty paint color. This caliber collision is Land Rover certified and they did an excellent job! You can’t even tell there was ever any damage to my car. The customer service from GM, Randy and my Service advisor, Hoa Phan was top notch! Kudos to the painter as well, he nailed it! My car was brand new when it was damaged so I was very anxious about the repair but it still looks brand new! Thank you Caliber Collision FW team, you did amazing! “Everytime I come in the store, the service is top notch. Today, not so much. Rayborne didn’t greet me and when I asked for help twice he told me he couldn’t help me. I tried to help myself and Andrew saw me struggling and helped me replace the batteries in my key fobs. He was very friendly and kind. Rayborne was cold and u helpful and clearly miserable. Normally, Mike is there to help and he is always friendly because we’re both from the same city. Going forward, if I go to this location, I will avoid Rayborne at all costs. I’ll walk out if I don’t see Mike or Andrew.”
