Mgr Casey took GREAT care of me. I wanted an item that had been discontinued and they only had one left. They happened to be having a BOGO promotion that day, but there wasn't a second item I wanted in stock. He offered to have the second item mailed to me free of charge and it showed up today. Very happy with his service!
