I paid about the same for many test here vs the 3 test my daughter recently got done at quest for about the same price. You get more for your money here. The results come in fast. I was able to get my results next day. My phlebotomist Blanca is the best. I’m what most consider a hard stick and she gets me every time. The wait time here is way faster than their competitors. And you don’t even need an appointment. The office is clean and well kept.”

“Positive experience. Walked in yesterday with no appointment and was checked in and in a back room within 5 minutes. The two ladies who spoke with me were professional and efficient. I had a friendly conversation with one of them. The needle prick was unnoticeable. Confusion over my ordering doctor was quickly resolved. Lab results were in my inbox in less than 24 hours. I do think opening the venetian blinds in the waiting room would make it feel much more inviting and friendly. I also wish the automated telephone answering system would have allowed me to reach a person so I could have asked a question unique to my situation rather than having to drive 40 minutes to ask it in person. “I use Walmart on John Jones in Burleson and you couldn't pay me to change to another pharmacy. They know me by name and bend over backwards to accommodate me. I am sent reminders just prior to running out of the prescriptions I take on a daily basis and am sent a text when my prescription/s are filled letting me know that they are ready to be picked up as well as the amount I will be charged after insurance. If they happen to be out of something I am prescribed, they will order it and it will be available within 24 hours. Best pharmacy in town!!”
