    “I go here a lot - it's super close to my house. As far as the store goes, it's a dollar general but it's also the cleanest one I've ever been into! That being said, I want to give a shout out to one of the managers. I stopped by there today and asked if they could possibly give me 12 bags. I deliver for meals on wheels in this area and didn't have enough bags for my meals. The manager gave me a whole box! She didn't have to and I was actually expecting her to turn me down but she went above and beyond! So thank you!”

    “I have been shopping at this Albertsons for over 20 years. In the last several years I have been using their floral department for all of my local needs. It is run by Weelai and several other talented ladies. I am so impressed with Weelai's ability to create such beautiful arrangements and usually just by explaining what I need. She get a vision of your needs and creates a beautiful work of art. I have taken my own vase and have purchased some of theirs. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The only reason I would use anyone else is if it had to go to another city. If you need flowers for a wedding, a tea, a shower, a friend... go see Weelai! These are some photos of the things she has done for me. She also has a really great variety of plants on hand. Many I can't find in other places! I really enjoy collecting a wide variety of plants that she carries and all have been healthy and thrive very well.”

I was in a hurry and frantic, and she left me no doubt that I had every reason to relax and trust her to assist with my issue. She did, and in doing so, she MADE MY DAY!     “My favorite walk to convenice store. They sell beer, nabs, candy, a few quarts of oil and they have a few video sweepstakes NOT poker or gambling machines. Friendly staff. Could use a fresh coat of paint, nicer shelving and so forth, but I imagine margins are tight without gas pumps to lure in everyone. Hat tip to the small business owner being an anchor for the 'hood.”

    “This Dollar General is the best. The employees are fonomanal and very caring. Tina and Felicia are store fixtures they work so hard. These ladies truly are the best examples of how employees are beneficial to the company and the company value to the customers. Without employees like these ladies Dollar General would be a ghost town across the country. I truly believe that they both should be recognized by the company for their hard work and customer support they show every customer who walks in. It wouldn't hurt for the company to give them both raises and at least a weeks more paid vacation for a token of appreciation. If I could I would give both of them 10 stars they are that good.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions. Behind the scenes, the service leans on Walmart's store network and an algorithm that factors in order size, available drivers, and distance from the store.
