I was trying to get gaskets for a Ryobi weedeater. I gave them the model number and they couldn't find anything. All they kept telling me was that I needed to take the carburetor off and bring it to them. I even took the whole weedeater to them. They were no help. I had better luck finding the parts on Amazon myself.
