“I had an issue at this store today, despite that, it absolutely was not the employees fault, but the other customers fault.
There was three resellers taking up all the popular halloween items. I saw multiple full carts from these people. Every single time employees were bringing out uboats of products, these three people snatched up everything. It's really sad and disheartening to have these resellers taking away the fun and the joy of doing halloween shopping.
Spooky is year round for me, but the decor only comes out once a year.
The other customer was even boasting about grabbing things before me and not getting the item, as well as making snide comments to me.
I spoke to the manager Theresa about this issue. She was incredibly kind and helpful. Even though it wasn't their problem or fault, she tried her hardest to be accommodating, and even apologized over the customers disgusting behavior.”
“The closest..the cleanest..and i will get my flu shot here from now on. Peter, the pharmacist, is wonderful at telling you extra tips on how to take your meds and he gives the Best flu shots..didn't even feel the needle and didn't have to wait in line 20 minutes. I shop here a lot and all my scrips now come here...no waiting!”

Staff has always been wonderful at my local tractor supply. Clean facility inside and yard; out to the side; is always organized. Have to say the dog washing station was a great idea!
Though this location stocking or missing inventory of actual tractor carb. repair kits, key switches, hydraulic fittings, and misc. fuel system parts are stocked on shelfs at the Cleburne or East Burleson store. Joshua store inventory seems bare or inventory tags not restocked as necesary or claim sold out. Yet, I shop here so much? To be back a week or 2. Shelfs and supply still not found and drive to other stores. To be still missing with tags show stock of item?
I am a tractor mechanic that repairs and rely on my local store to be as supplied as other local stores inventory.
Help me keep my customers their chairs.
A Definate update to common fuel line seals of modern tractors. Aftermarket key switches seem to have vanished from the shelfs as well?

“I drive to the Burleson location, although there are several stores closer to me because of the excellent customer service. Once again, I was helped by Mindy while I was looking for a specific baby item for my grandson Friday evening. She knew exactly what I was talking about and was very friendly and helpful. This is the second time in the past month that she has helped me and I want to let the store manager know how knowledgeable and professional she was. Thank you again for making my experience very pleasant. She needs to be cloned and spread out to all the other stores!”
