“This is the best pharmacy in Burleson!! Everyone is so pleasant and FAST!! The most you will have to wait for your prescription to be filled is 10 minutes. The one thing I would like to see is for them to be open an additional hour, they close at 6 so it can be a challenge to make it after work.”
“I have found the H-E-B Pharmacy to be quick and efficient most every time. However, my appreciation for their care for customers grew exponentially this past week. After close to two months of rounds with insurance, pharmacy and physician, I was exhausted. I asked to finally speak with the pharmacist and was I provided to Erin. She listened patiently to the history of the problem; and then spent close to 30 minutes with insurance company to resolve it. You might say that's what they are supposed to do. In actuality the physician's office is the one tasked with finding alternatives to a prescription the insurance will not cover. But the assistant at the medical office wasn't having success either. If not for Erin and the staff at H-E-B Pharmacy this would still be an issue, and my blood sugars would continue to be dangerously high. Thank you for caring for us as customers!”
“I switched to the H-E-B Pharmacy about a year ago because the other Pharmacy I was using was unable to fill my prescription as ordered. All of the pharmacy employees have always been very professional and very polite and taking time to make sure that I was taking care of as needed. I really like being able to go online and pay for my prescriptions ahead of time because a lot of times I need for my grandson to stop by and pick them up for me. I would highly recommend the H-E-B Pharmacy over any other Pharmacy.”

I receive nothing but respect from them, and I don't get snarky remarks about my less than usual medications(looking at you CVS). I cannot recommend this little pharmacy enough.”

It’s helpful to have an electric cart and most of the time available. Great store for handicap and elderly!!! If anybody needs help loading groceries their attendant’s are called to help!”

“The guys are always friendly and helpful, and give 100%. But they are young, (what I would give to be their age again) and need just a little more experience. Of course, the best way to learn is by doing it, but it helps to have someone they can watch, and maybe help out when they get in a pinch.
I see these guys learning, but they don't have someone to learn from, and that is what would lift them up, and make them really good automotve techs.
The young guys manage, but Sam's, and Sam's customers would greatly benefit by slipping a good leader in there that the youngsters can look up to (and help them through a pinch or two).
Sam's management, listen up. I'm not saying they need a supervisor, or a boss... they need a leader who leads them without them knowing he is a leader. You know what I'm talking about. Take better care of your youngsters working in the automotive dept.... give them a leg up, it will pay off.”
“This Pharmacy is absolutely amazing. They are always extremely helpful whenever I come In or need anything. Anyone who say otherwise are mostly likely entitled and rude people. I have seen these workers go above and beyond and watched people attack them. If you want a good pharmacy I say Start here first and try for yourself and ignore the negativity from others.”
“The pharmacist yesterday was amazing. One of my medications has confusing instructions that cause issues on time frame. The staff spent 30 minutes sorting out my issue with nothing bit smiles. They even took steps to ensure there isn't a future problem, and saved me 10 bucks.”
