The team is always professional, friendly, and actively engaged. Just people focused on serving customers and keeping the store running smoothly. It’s an excellent retail experience every time. I wish this level of execution and service were standard across all Walmart locations.”

We moved to this pharmacy many years ago when they were the only ones with a reasonable price on a prescription drug, and after multiple pharmacies had made potentially deadly mistakes. They have been thoughtful, helpful, polite, friendly, and accurate every time regardless of whether it was a new tech or the head pharmacist. They’ve gone out of their way to help when insurance was being difficult - even calling the insurance company to get things sorted out when my own doctor couldn’t be bothered. “I’ve been with Albertsons on Clifford a long time and this set of Pharmacists is the best they have had. They are patient, compassionate and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a pharmacist listen and ask questions to make sure a new medicine was appropriate for me. Also, when I had to sign something I hadn’t signed before I wasn’t listening as well as I should have but just signed it….. I know that was on me but the next day I asked the pharmacist and he could have been annoyed but he met my dysfunctional brain with kindness and explained thoroughly. I really appreciate this. As someone who is going through the doctor gauntlet right now I’m just really thankful I don’t have to feel like I’m a burden on another heal care provider. The pharmacist that came before this set now always showed their annoyance to any and all questions and concerns. Please keep these Pharmacists!!!!”

“I use them for my compounded tirzepatide. Sometimes, the quality seems to vary? Sometimes, it works, and sometimes, it does not work? They source it from an outside lab. The service is good, I just wonder how well the meds actually work.”

“I recently changed over To better health, from a big chain pharmacy. The difference was day and night! Better health let's u know when your order is ready, and when you get there its really there. You don't have to worry, you get there they tell you, sorry we have to order it. Really? And don't let me get started on there snotty, mean pharmacist over there that laughed at me one morning because I was very sick and needed my meds, that someone didn't order! Better health is so refreshing after what I've been threw. There on time, THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, they are so courteous and have an answer for you within minutes! I haven't yet had them say we will call u back in so many hours. Best pharmacy I've been to in years. Im staying with them for many reasons. Came to my senses.”
