Pinnacle Bank as a whole is about the most frustrating bank that I've ever dealt with. No matter the branch or online. Nothing but years of frustration and zero improvement.

Any time I have an issue, there's always a thousand things that must be done to complete my request. Horrible hours, and the customer support and human relations are awful

Spoke to someone Kevin in Commercial department. So rude, extremely unprofessional, and unethical. Trying to find out about bank and services, he hung up when asking product details. Called again, Got voice mail.
