“Friendly folks and great service. I was in Florida on vacation when my card was locked up. Was able to call customer service and got someone on the phone in less than 30seconds to help me. You don't get kind of service from a big bank. Will never bank anywhere simply for that fact. After traveling for more than half a day and everything in the world going wrong, I was a jam and they were able to solve my issue immediately. Also, they also recognize my family when we come to the drive thru and give my two boys suckers every time.... I went to Wellsfargo drive thru, where we also had an account, and asked for a s****** I was told they weren't giving out suckers due to the pandemic. That doesn't even make any sense.”
“I was very confused regarding something that was going on in my account, and the manager herself got on the phone and not only did she fix it, but did her very best to explain to me what and why it happened. Very kind, respectful, and considerate young woman. If you have a problem with your account, just give them a call. And yes, when you call, you will get a human. Not a robot.”
