“This individual named TROY working here not only treated people with respect, but went the extra mile to help me find a very important package that was about to be returned. It is easy to just brush someone off and just say to reach out to customer service or file a claim, but he really took the time to take care of me and I genuinely felt the professionalism. Very very rare individual you see in this age. I was very touched and very thankful that he took the time to look into my case. Most USPS workers are very meh but this was my very first time where I felt like the worker actually cared about my situation. I got the package that was about to be sent back. I very very pleased and satisfied with Troy. He really deserves some sort of recognition due to his attitude dealing with customers. Eric also helped me out by looking into my tracking number and took the time and effort to help me with my lost package. I found it due to these two fabulous individuals. Super grateful and thankful.
