“I wanted to even the reviews out since people usually only leave reviews from a negative experience.I have been in here twice to ship something, once in Mar, 2022 and Jan, 2023. Both early morning. In March I sent a certified letter, there were 2 women at the counter and service was quick and normal. Nothing negative. In Jan, 2023 there were two guys, both friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and info on what's included with Priority. Again, nothing negative. This is just my experience but nothing mentioned in the other reviews happened to me.”

“I run a business from home so I go to the post office pretty much daily. & I Can say that this is the only post office that is always very welcoming no matter how many packages I bring they are always so kind wil even hold the door for me. I use to be nervous and had anxiety about going to the burleson post office because they would be very rude and upset when I would show up with a large quantity of packages but Joshua man you guys rock! My anxiety attacks have finally gone away and I can run my business comfortably thanks to you guys. 10 ⭐️ highly recommend this location”

“Went to the post office to retrieve a pkg from my previous apartments the supervisor said she would get it. Did not happen. Went back and talked with the manager of the post office. He called the lady on the route why I was standing there told her to get the pkg and bring it in told me to come back the next day and he would have it. You are the real MVP!! Sorry I did not get his name but thank you.”

“We have always been treated fairly by the employees of the Southeast post office at Forest Hills Dr. They are helpful and professional We receive packages as part of my husbands business...all sizes & they are very helpful and kind even go the extra mile! We have been using this location for over 3+ years. Not sure why others are complaining but it's possible that This person had an attitude before they ever got there! Each post office employee has been working hard to provide good customer assistance for the community. We are blessed to have not only weekly business with them but never a complaint about them at all for over 3 years! Thanks & Keep up the good work!! B5”
“I want to thank the Burleson Post Office for having a heart ❤️ My little 5 yr old granddaughter wrote me a Valentine letter, and all by herself found an envelope, found my address in her mother's things, addressed the envelope the best way she knew, and stuck the letter in the mailbox WITHOUT A STAMP! I received it without delay, and I will forever cherish it and the staff at the post office”
