“I would give them 5 stars for the lovely gentleman that work there but unfortunately the lady working there 10/7/25 @12pm was very rude. I arrived to pickup a package to which I previously spoke to one of the gentleman there and already arranged that I was gonna pick it up around 12. I get to the front desk and the gentleman takes my information and was gonna go back and look for the package and she stops him and starts asking me all these questions assuming I didn’t know what I was doing and that I may have called the wrong number. Overall, her attitude was aggressive and so unnecessary. I get it. We can have bad days, but if I haven’t even said anything to you, there’s no reason for you to come at me demanding me with these questions. It’s one thing to talk to people, but another to talk at people. Again, the gentlemen there were so sweet and helpful ! But she needs to take a day off lol”

“This individual named TROY working here not only treated people with respect, but went the extra mile to help me find a very important package that was about to be returned. It is easy to just brush someone off and just say to reach out to customer service or file a claim, but he really took the time to take care of me and I genuinely felt the professionalism. Very very rare individual you see in this age. I was very touched and very thankful that he took the time to look into my case. Most USPS workers are very meh but this was my very first time where I felt like the worker actually cared about my situation. I got the package that was about to be sent back. I very very pleased and satisfied with Troy. He really deserves some sort of recognition due to his attitude dealing with customers. Eric also helped me out by looking into my tracking number and took the time and effort to help me with my lost package. I found it due to these two fabulous individuals. Super grateful and thankful. “The mail person that deliversmail at my apartment complex. will not take the outgoing mail. I put a letter in there last weekend Saturday, July 5 and it’s still in there a whole week. I don’t know what’s so hard about taking Mail to the post office and that your job you’re not doing a very good. You have to do better than this.”
“These ladies do everything with a smile. I like how they put my mail inside my po box. Even though the client or customer does not put my unit number like they already know me. And put my mail respectively, inside my box. Thank you ladies, whenever I have a package to pick up, they help me right away with a smile.”

I use this PO often and my mail always get to it's destination in a timely manner. And the ladies (Customer Service) front desk are always very nice and pleasant.”

“I went to the post office today to inquire about getting a PO Box, and I’m so glad I was helped by someone who genuinely cared. The employee who assisted me (I believe her name was Nipa) was so nice and incredibly helpful, even though there were many people waiting in line. She took her time walking me through everything, explained all the options clearly, and even used examples to make sure I fully understood how everything worked. I truly appreciated her patience and professionalism. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Thank you, Nipa!”

“This post office is within my area. I am able to get here without much trouble. My mailman is incredible. When he delivers if l am outside he will hand me all of my mail and will chat a couple of moments. Always makes certain that l am doing good. He is a real blessing to me as l sit in a power chair 90% of my life.
My vote is to give him a 1million dollar raise.

“I came into the post office yesterday to pick up a flat rate box and the customer service was outstanding. Today I went to mail it off and I was greeted with a smile, the place was clean, I didn’t stand in line long, and the customer service was great. He was very patient with everyone and very respectful. This was my first visit here since moving to the area and this has been the best post office visit I have had in a very long time. I no longer dread dealing with rude employees with poor customer service!”

“No self serve kiosk in the lobby unfortunately. They do have smart lockers, PO Boxes, and a mail drop for small to medium packages in the lobby available after hours. There's one drive up mailbox outside.
Looks nice and neat inside. I visited after desk staff had gone for the day.”
“I get why people leave rough reviews, every experience is different, and most people who would leave a review are frustrated. I personally had two packages I couldn’t find because where I live is so new they don’t even deliver mail yet, the troubling thing about that experience is that no one could just tell me, “your mail won’t be delivered until a certain point in time to your property.” There’s no notes to leave for confused recipients, and I even reached out to them in a service request, but no one could simply tell me, “we have it at this location, you just need to go here.” Instead the representative said she’d reach out to see if they can find the mail. So I feel like that’s more a failing of the system itself rather than the failing of this particular location, as when I finally found that this is where my mail was, they had me in and out in five minutes and were very kind, and the girl at the front had a cool a tribe called quest shirt on. For people coming here in the future, the parking is in the grass, or mud in my case if it’s been raining, and you’re going up the curb to get there, so just be prepared.”

“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”
