I was worried I would get turned away since I didn't have an appointment but the representative was friendly and helpful. And they mailed my completed application off for me.As a side note, this is a beautiful post office and there are historical pieces all around the building. Ample parking as well.”

“Always forget about this location, but it was right in the area in which I was meeting a friend for coffee. Even though there was only one employee on duty with a somewhat long line, I was in and out in under ten minutes. Way to go! The pricing was clear cut for what I was mailing out, including a tracking number and insurance. Wow! The facility was clean, including the parking lot, and parking was easy to navigate. In the future, I won't hesitate to use this post office again.”

“Okay- I have NEVER had the experience these others claim. We moved up here from S Antonio & Adam helped us with the POB process. He told us everything we needed to do & not do. I have had all good experiences with the 2 females, 1 younger than the other when Amazon didn't deliver a pkg. Waylon then got involved-they opened all the delivery boxes to double ck Amazon. Then the older of the 2 women told me exactly how to handle the Amazon situation & she solved the puzzle for me. All 4 of these employees went out of their way to prove that Amazon didn't do what they claimed. And truly, all 4 deserve kudos in the customer service department!”

He called the lady on the route why I was standing there told her to get the pkg and bring it in told me to come back the next day and he would have it. You are the real MVP!! “We have always been treated fairly by the employees of the Southeast post office at Forest Hills Dr. They are helpful and professional We receive packages as part of my husbands business...all sizes & they are very helpful and kind even go the extra mile! We have been using this location for over 3+ years. Not sure why others are complaining but it's possible that This person had an attitude before they ever got there! Each post office employee has been working hard to provide good customer assistance for the community. We are blessed to have not only weekly business with them but never a complaint about them at all for over 3 years! Thanks & Keep up the good work!! B5”

“Thos is Ace Hardware with a post office in the back. We always find what we need. If we can't, there is always someone to give us help. This trip we meeded a special screw driver. One of the sales guys knew exactly what meeded from the picture of the screw. He gave us the size options and told us they had screw drivers and drill tips that would work. We picked two, took them home, and one of them worked! Our chair is all fixed up. This place has everything though: cards, grills, shoes, garden stuff, bird food, specialty soaps, kitchen towels and socks. It is really a jewel!”
