I can not say enough about this store! First off Jaset and Jay are phenomenal! I had damaged my wedding ring very badly! I was beyond upset! They took the time to ensure me it could be repaired beautifully! They walked me through every detail of the process and repairs! When I received my ring back it was more than I expected! Absolutely restored to my original ring, and better!! The repair jeweler did an amazing job!! I could go on and on!!! Absolutely incredible!!!

We went last Saturday 7/19 to pick out my ring. Despite how busy they were Jesed took her time and answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision on my ring. Then we looked at men’s rings and we’re gonna wait on getting it until Marc came along and checked the price and it was actually on clearance so we got it as well. These two made us feel welcomed and cared for . They didn’t rush us or try to push anything on us. So if you’re looking for wedding rings this is the place to come too. Ask for Jesed or Marc.

I have been going to Kim at Zales for the past three to four years, and I can’t say enough about how incredible she is! She truly knows my style, and her expertise helped me find my forever wedding ring upgrade. In fact, she hand-picked the ring for me, and I’ve fallen more in love with it every single day. Her knowledge, patience, and kindness make every experience with her special. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and has an eye for finding the perfect piece, Kim is the one to see. I wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Had miss placed my Zales card called for a replacement card and was told I could make purchases. When I got to the store it would decline the transaction. Long story short short Jesed went above and beyond for me. She was given the run around along with me for over an hour the outcome wasn’t good. Jeséd is a super star employee and should be considered for a raise and a promotion. It is employees like her that made my shopping experience a good one.

Don't waist ur time here, ur ring will take months to get back and they never keep you up dated on anything and they will never answer the phone.. ive drove up their and they wasn't busy and still wouldn't answer phone

We have a Zales card but one of the older ones. And they won't let you use it online. In store only. Then when we try to use it in the store they give us a hard time about it. And when we try to apply for the better Zales credit card ,we don't qualify. So we are going to pay off the card and go somewhere else for Jewelry.

My fiancee and I had to go into the Burleson Outlet location because the stone of my engagement ring fell out after only having it for 2 months. We had all of the lifetime warranty information and everything. We were told, they won't fix it because of the halo and the smaller stones would then have to be fixed as well. Feeling so defeated we entertained the pressure of looking at a new ring. Which turned into we'd have to not only pay out of pocket for a new ring but also a new warranty and also purchase a band. With almost zero attempt to rectify the situation. We left and contacted another store and will be making a visit in a few days. It was extremely disheartening to feel that not only were our concerns not heard but completely disregarded. The ring did not just come out of thin air, and we fell well within the warranty date. So to not even be offered to send it off to see what they could do, was so upsetting.

I went in to get a new band put in on my watch. Well, Zales does not offer that service. The Store Manager Marc Ryals was kind enough to do it for me and did it as a complimentary service. He went above and beyond on customer service. I am a customer at this location for life. Thank you Marc.

Had the best experience when I visited this location. No pressure sales team & they actually cared about what I was looking for. The manager, Marc, made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. Definitely recommend this location for all your jewelry needs!

Jar Rodriguez was amazingly wonderful. She was patient and kind the whole time waiting for me to keep choosing what I wanted to look at and in having to look up the price of them.
I'm thankful for that kindness, when so many get frustrated, for people taking so long to make choices.

Today my wife and I visited the ZALES Gateway Station location, for what we thought was going to be a simple ring inspection. Unbeknownst to us, we were greeted with such enthusiasm, smiles, professionalism, knowledge, and a sincere willingness to assist us in any fashion we required or requested, by an associate named Amber. With all the beautiful merchandise throughout the store, it’s literally impossible not to look around with sure amazement. While looking around, wife found a beautiful 3 karat, white gold, diamond ring. With the top notch assistance of Marc Ryals (Store Manager), Amber and Marc helped us to secure that beautiful ring. To make matters a true blessing, Amber and Marc worked selflessly and tirelessly to research and apply every possible ZALES discount available, based on the type of purchase we were trying to embark upon. We were astonished at the amount of money we were able to save on our purchase. Marc and Amber made our visit one that we will NEVER, EVER forget. Their commitment and excitement toward their opportunities to serve their customers is beyond reproach. When we left the store, my wife and I sat in our car, looked at each other, smiled, and thanked God for blessing us to have encountered Amber and Marc, and to have had such a wonderful and memorable experience with both of them. My wife and I collectively believe it would be extremely difficult for anyone to find or encounter two individuals working in any capacity anywhere in this world better than Amber and Marc. Worst customer service, worst computer system since they cannot keep our information together. Highly recommend never stepping foot in a Zales store ever. The manager is sparky and rude and apparently doesn't have a boss, and she can do what she wants.

The old woman with black hair is rude as they come. Three times I attempted to resize my ring and they can’t get it right. The same woman was rude to my fiance about resizing his ring. I don’t know why she works there if she hates zales customers. I’m assuming it’s jealousy her husband hasn’t bought her jewelry in twenty years. I’m never shopping here again.
