“I cannot say enough about this local business. I had never been through this particular situation before ( I was hit by a teenager on their phone. This an insurance claim) As I realized what was going on I drove to speak with them. The entire office was polite, professional and friendly. They explained how the process works and in very plain terms let me know that they are on the customers side and NOT the insurance company. As it progressed they were able to “advise me from their professional opinion “ versus the insurance company. I felt extremely confident and comfortable dealing with them. If I ever have to deal with a body shop it will always be at hill country collision”

“I just wanted to share my experience at O'Reillys in burnet Texas about a week ago my serpentine belt sheared off in the middle of town and I managed to make it there and I personally dont know much at all about vehicles so I had just bought a new belt a few hrs prior to coming back well I asked one of the gentlemen if they would put the belt on for me and I would cash app them for their labor and I think his name was Jeffrey or it started with a j he has a beard well he took the time to put it on for me and after he put it on I asked him for his cash app so I could pay him and he said no its ok that I didn't have to worry about it so I just wanted to say thank you sir for helping me out I really appreciate you!!!”
