“I took my vehicle to Loftis this morning to get my A/c checked, and they told me I would need to drop it and come back later to pick it up. I didn’t have an appointment and they were busy. When I got there, they asked if I could bring the car around so the mechanic could look at it real quick. When he looked at it he went ahead and topped off the Freon and I was good to go! Both the mechanic and Rachelle were wonderful, and the mechanic seems very knowledgeable about his job. They charged me a very fair price, too! I will definitely bring my vehicle back here for whatever work it needs! I highly recommend Loftis! Thank you so much for being there for me today!!!”

“Cindia the owner has been amazing! She has helped me on several occasions. Today I had a flat and couldn't make it to O'Malley Tire so they could repair it under warranty and I was worried about having a blow out in my 2500 diesel truck. So I stopped by and Cindia took the tire off and swapped it with one of her biggrr spare tires because of the spot the leak was she didn't feel it was safe to just patch it. She told me to drop it off after I got my tire repaired. Definitely supporting this local shop! And they support police officers which I 100% support also!”
“I cannot say enough about this local business. I had never been through this particular situation before ( I was hit by a teenager on their phone. This an insurance claim) As I realized what was going on I drove to speak with them. The entire office was polite, professional and friendly. They explained how the process works and in very plain terms let me know that they are on the customers side and NOT the insurance company. As it progressed they were able to “advise me from their professional opinion “ versus the insurance company. I felt extremely confident and comfortable dealing with them. If I ever have to deal with a body shop it will always be at hill country collision”
